We had a plumber come out because we had a tap leak. I needed help as my husband was out of town. He quoted us $680 for a cartridge change as it was an outdated model. He suggested a faucet change for $3000. My husband who is a complete novice in plumbing fixed it under $50 a 1.5 hours of work. I y not too leave negative reviews for snack business but this was really a rip off. Save your money here.

Christopher was extremely friendly and explained our issue (kitchen sink clog due to corroding pipe) clearly. He was able to resolve the clog quickly and also helped adjust our under-sink pipes to address leaks that manifested during the clog. Price was a little expensive ($485 for kitchen sink clog), but the service was quick and excellent.
Mo was super professional and personable. Identified our plumbing issue and fixed with ease. Also gave us pointers on how to prevent issues from happening in the future. Will definitely use the company and technician again. Thanks Mo.
I noticed my water heater is not working in this morning. I called them and they came to my house and replaced with new one on the same day. They are fast and their service quality is always excellent. They have been my go-to plumber since 2016. I have been totally satisfied with their services including fixing drain issue, replacing toilet, replacing water faucet in the kitchen, and adjusting water line for fridge.
John and Kevin came out to install a bypass valve for my tankless water heater’s recirculating pump. They were very fast, tidy, and professional. John showed me exactly what was going on inside my unit to explain why it was broken before and how the work he did solves the issue.
Juan came in and fix the leaking pipe in a fast and professional manner. Simple and easy.

We've known our sewer lateral is in need of replacement due to severe root intrusion. We were hoping we could wait for a few more months until remodeling, but I guess the pipe just couldn't wait for us any longer. We called up a couple plumbing services, and Juan from Wizard came to our rescue on the same day within the promised timeframe. We were able to unclog our drain on that same day. We discussed about getting an estimate for replacing the sewer lateral and Juan came back the following Friday to give us a thorough video inspection before coming up with an estimate. I was very impressed with Juan detail video description of the sewer condition (what type of pipes (clay, cast iron, abs) at each section of the video). Compared with another video we've done with a different plumbing company, Juan's inspection video was much more detailed, descriptive, and informative. Once he has completed the inspection and went on phone with his manager, he came back with a reasonable quote and explained the exact section where they will replace, how they will open up the road, and how long it will take. I was impressed and appreciative of his time to explaining the whole process and this was what sold me. Once I signed the proposal, the crew came about 1.5 wks later after getting permit from the city. They were able to replace exactly as what was described in the work order and faster than their original plan. Overall, I was very happy with the service.
Called Wizard Plumbing for replacement of shut-off valves of a faucet in my bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised by how fast Jason showed up considering it happened on a weekend day. He proved to be very professional, he executed the task well and quickly and also turned out to be very courteous and patient when answering my questions. Highly recommended.

Wizard is one of our go-to plumbers in the San Mateo/Belmont area. The ladies who man the phones are always friendly and helpful, and the plumbers are always professional and prompt and most importantly, fix the problem. On this particular occasion, Francisco diagnosed the issue right away and fixed in quickly. His work was so meticulous! He was nice, upfront about what was being fixed, how much it would cost. It couldn't have been smoother. I love how they also texted and called ahead of time, which is hugely helpful as I don't live on the property, so I needed a heads up before I started driving. Great plumbers!
The team of JR and John were an excellent help when assisting with two of our slow-draining bathroom sinks. Arriving on time, they were able to quickly assess the issue and promptly installed replacement p-traps for both, kindly answering my questions along the way. They had replacement parts on hand which made the process smooth and promised to return if any issues cropped back up in the next 30 days. I will gladly go to Wizard for any future plumbing needs!

We had a serious clogged pipe downstairs and we couldn’t use shower, toilet or faucet in our bathroom. I made an appointment online through wizards website and we had a plumber come out in the morning. Our clog was pretty bad, but he just stuck with it for almost 3 hours! We were impressed with the time spent and the quality work. So thankful to be able to use our bathroom again!
