All of my united refrigeration location experiences have been great except for this location. The African American guy at the front desk is extremely rude, very unprofessional and if you ask him a question he's very limited. First time and LAST time there. I rather drive across the bay to United in San Carlos where they actually make you and treat you like family. The gentlemen at the front desk should NOT be working there. We have plenty of options and don't need a guy with an attitude to make life more harder than it is.
