Diagnosed and explained the issue clearly. 10/10 would use again.
I scheduled an appointment with Comfy to get my current heater evaluated. He recommended to replace it as it was more than 40 years. From the initial visit to the installation of my new heater, Comfy was a great experience. Comfy’s initial visit was very knowledgeable and right to the point. The installers Sebastian and Hernan were very professional and kind to work with. They finished the work in a just a day and after they completed the installation, they cleaned up everything which was really kind of them. They also showed us how we could replace the filter and walked us through that process. I recommend Comfy Heating and Air Conditioning highly.
TLDR - Not the best communication or installation experience. They needed to come back twice after the initial installation to fix cracks left in my ceiling — and they were not proactive with communication. I don’t write many negative reviews, but my experience with Comfy was disappointing and I wouldn’t work with them again.. Before I get into the details, I’ll say that the furnace system they installed works and passed inspection. But before you have them work on your system, take before and after pictures. After getting a few estimates for a new hvac system, we chose Comfy due to cost and great Yelp and Google reviews. Austin came out for an estimate on Jan 25, 2022, and a team installed the our new furnace Feb 8-9. Here’s when the disappointing communication starts. We didn’t live at the house, and when they finished the installation, they didn’t contact me at all. I had to reach out to the technicians a day after the estimated completion date to ask if they were done, and they confirmed the work was complete. On 2/12, I go to the house to check the work, and I see really bad cracks on the wall where they had to cut for the gas line and on the ceilings where they installed vents. I was shocked. They didn’t tell me about this at all. Yes, the walls are plaster, but how dare you leave my house in this condition and not tell me?! On 2/14, I sent Austin pictures of the cracks, and he said he’ll follow up. By 2/22, I hadn't heard from him, so I called the office and spoke to Angie, who scheduled someone to come fix the cracks. Finally. I would've appreciated more proactive communication from them. I also asked about the permit because I hadn’t seen a permit, even though the installation was done. When I finally got a copy of the permit, the application wasn't filed until 2/22. Shouldn't they get the permit before doing the work?! I had 3 bids andComfy’s initial visit was very knowledgeable and right to the point, no mention of any unexpected possibilities once the work begins. This says a lot about a company. The installers Miguel, Jorge and Stanley were very professional and kind to work with. They worked in my garage and afterwards left my garage immaculate, after the installation was completed they did a walk through with me and showed me exactly what was done, Miguel said they want to make sure I was happy with their work…. And indeed I am. I recommend Comfy Heating and Air Conditioning highly.
I got a honest estimate from Tom, and the installers Miguel, Edgar, Jorge and Rigo did the job in a timely manner.
Communication is so important to getting the job done. Shout out to the service team and technicians for the responce and timely service. Would reccomend forward.

We’re scheduling an AC maintenance in 6 mos. , Comfy has been a very reliable company for us thru the years. Great service at a great price.
Tech couldn’t repair due to weather. I understand that. Said I’d get a call back to reschedule. Never happened. After waiting 3 days. Called back. Dispatch said have to wait 10 days. What a joke. Don’t waste your time. Call someone reliable instead
Hands down best quality and best price around. Austin knew exactly what needed to be done and Miguel and his team were highly skilled and professional. Did such a great job at my place that my partner used them as well at his home.

Initially my reported home Depot to supply a vender to diagnose my furnace which was stopped and willing to explore more on zoning. Apparently comfy was assigned from home Depot to diagnose my current furnace, however since I was able to fix that part by myself I have altered my initial request to estimate for zoning only. Without any hesitation by keeping the same appointment they were able to look at my furnace and provided plans. There price was very much competitive and moreover my neighbors went through different contractors ultimately end-up with comfy. Reference played a big role and I got very good feedback of comfy and really experienced their professionalism, punctuality and in depth elaboration. I would highly recommend for any furnace HVAC related job to comfy fo sure.
I had an appoint for an estimate to have additional air vents installed and was told an estimate would be emailed to me. As of today January 2020 I have yet to receive that estimate. I have called the office twice and was told it would be sent. I’m really confused as to what I am suppose to rate? Is I have made a request by speaking directly to your office and still no response? Thanks

Call center does an excellent job. Service Rep finished the work but I questioned the timing. Part delay & pricing is unknown information to me. Things did not go as smoothly as possible (over a week) but am so far satisfied with outcome. I am suggesting Comfy provided a more detailed invoice for my records & warranty coverage...
Our 30plus year old furnace needed to be replaced or a major upgrade. We called a few places locally to start. One was way over price for a small house like ours and another was weeks away for a estimate. Luckily I called a family member if they new somebody. They did and that was Comfy heating and air conditioning. I called them and they responded right away. I described what we wanted and they gave us two quotes that were right in our budget. They came to our house on time and were very professional in installing the furnace. They used drop Clothes in the work area and the finished furnace workmanship was very nice. I highly recommend them if you need hvac in your home.
