Super expensive.. they conned me $500 for fixing the A/C fuse. Make sure you get the quote correctly before engaging
They replaced my furnace which was a big old furnace sitting in the garage. During the installation they added a dedicated electric switch extra safety measures which I liked. My AC unit happened to be sitting at the bottom of the furnace so once they lifted the old furnace, they cleaned the AC unit for free which was nice. They give you a Nest 3rd gen thermostat with some discount or a brand new digital screen thermostat for free. The whole project finished in couple hours with everything working. 👍
Sergey came over to fix our Jenn Air dishwasher. I appreciated his friendly service and advice, including when it would be a good time to change our dishwasher and preventive care. He also gave us tips for our washer and heating furnace and air conditioning (HVAC). Friendly, honest, professional service. Highly recommend you work with this company. Victor arrived my place at 8:00 AM to help me diagnose the problem on my Kenmore Washer (water leaking under the washer) very patiently. He checked every area inside the washer which could potentially cause the leak and did a test run. Interestingly, everything was fine and no water leak at all. He carefully restored everything back and only charged me for the minimal investigation fee by spending about 3 hours of high quality service. He told me if I ran into the same problem again, just contacted him and he would deduct the investigation fee. After he left, I tried to use the washer again with the same settings/procedure like last time. Now, everything is working and no water leak. I am thinking the water leak may be due to the unbalanced workload or other intervention we had done during the wash cycle. Overall, Victor is very courteous, patient and professional with high quality. I would definitely contact/recommend him again for the next appliance/home service.

I called Sergey in a panic at 9:30am on Monday morning about my cooktop burner problem. The lighter was no longer working when I turned the knob. All I got was natural gas smell. His schedule was super packed, but he came by during lunch hour (12 noon). He figured out the problem (ignition switch failure) and fixed it on the spot. He explained and showed me the problem component. Then he allowed me to test try the fix. And he didn't charge a crazy amount. Thank you so much Sergey!

5 star for Sergei's phenomenal work for my home washer and AC unit. I called him for my issues on Saturday and booked appointment for Monday morning. He showed up early and quickly identify my problems. The installation worker for my AC did a terrible job and Sergei fixed it just in time. He also cleaned up my dish washer very quickly and gave me lots of useful tips. I would find him again if I have any appliance issues to fix in the future.

Sergei is exceptional . He fixed our dishwasher problem. He even came multiple times after when I had complaints. None of the complaints I had had anything to do with his repair. He still came and made sure everything was ok and did not charge me. I will definitely recommend him for his quality of work
I contacted Sergey of SM Value on a Friday, the weekend before that terrible heat wave of Labor Day weekend. He drove all the way from San Jose to service an air conditioner at a rental property when nobody else was even returning my calls. He had it repaired in under 30 minutes, with a smile and a great price. What wonderful customer service! I had to call him back to repair my air conditioner the following week and once again, he was there on time and repaired it in under 30 minutes. I can't say enough great things about Sergey. He truly is providing a value service and goes out of his way to help people.
