Sandium installed central AC for our single family house in April 2023. Michael is very knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to work with. He explained the pros and cons of the options and made good recommendations to us. The crew worked efficiently and finished the installation on schedule. Sandium's pricing is also very reasonable. Sandium Heating and Air Conditioning is a very responsive and professional service. My first inquiry about 40C Heatwave resulted in installers coming and installing a split air con system in a double bedroom within a day. They worked tirelessly and I am very pleased with the installation.

Called for help with AC repair issue in the morning and they were able to get someone to help in the afternoon. Very supportive customer service and very helpful and professional technician came for the repair (his name was Martin). He determined there was a leak and we agreed to a quick short term fix to add coolant so I can get cold air today and then for the long term fix, we'll schedule a time when we don't need the AC in the Fall to locate and fix the leak. Looking forward to continued business!

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The consultant Mike came to my home and assessed my needs, explaining the different options available to me and answering all of my questions. They helped me select a system that was the right size and type for my home and my budget. The installation team, Chava and Sergio, arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner. They were courteous and respectful, and they took care to protect my home and clean up after themselves. Since the installation, my home has been warm and comfortable, and my energy bills have gone down significantly. Our furnace was not working properly in very cold weather. They came out the same day we called them. The technician was very polite and friendly. It was not expensive at all for same day calls Will definitely use them again

Very knowledgeable and had access to the coolant needed for AC units that many other HVAC companies did not have. Not only taking care of immediate needs, there were recommendations to improve the cooling of rooms containing electronic equipment.
