Professional and knowledgeable. Great service. Appointments are 1-2 weeks out so emergency response time for regular hourly rate is not really available.
I called R&R Refrigeration to come out to our small business to look at our freezer that was running warm. They sent out a technician the very same day! Within just a few hours of placing the call, our freezer was running like new. I would highly recommend them.

Bradley and Jojo were so informative, professional and polite when they came to do repairs. Their work was 1,000 times neater than what originally came from the manufacturer...I highly recommend them for servicing!!!

I've been working with R&R for about 4 years. They do a great job! They have provided us with refrigerator and freezer preventative maintenance and repairs; and ice machine cleaning. Everyone I've worked with at R&R has been very friendly and helpful.
We had a new walk-in freezer installed and after two months of it not cooling and repeated repairs, we finally got R & R to come out one time and the fixed the problem in one day. Amazing tech!
When our glycol chiller was having issues and threatening to disrupt our entire manufacturing team, R & R was the first call we made. They were able to schedule a technician to come quickly, and easily diagnose the issue. They quickly diagnosed the issue, and were able to get us back to full capacity. The customer service was excellent, and they were extremely helpful through the entire process. They are going to be our go-to folks for all refrigeration related concerns
I have worked with R&R for years. This is my first review of any tech company ever. All I will say is, 5 Stars x2. Don't even waste your time researching any other tech company. I only work with cold side products. But, if they are this stellar with refrigeration? duh. Thanks guys. You make my life so much easier.

Had the best service from this company from their technician Bradley. I had my AC unit go out at work and he was so kind to help direct me on the phone what to do so I didn’t have to make an emergency service visit. I was clueless when it came to understand the AC unit but after the very helpful service call I now have knowledge on what to do in case this happens again. If you need AC repair this is the best place and ask for Bradley who is awesome!!

As a factory service coordinator for a factory that manufactures complex cascade systems, It is not always easy to find a good service contractor many states away.
