OCM worker just opened the ceiling box and I showed him the problem where it is (Not he found it). He gave the solution and he said he will talk to his boss.Asked him to put cover back but he said he will fix the pipe tomorrow so he didn't want to put it back. Second day, he called me that the company doesn't want to do the job. Few months later, I got the invoice & OCM charge $145 for service (including $30 - residential truck charge). OCM said they have min. charge for the work. Estimate & full service charge are the same work? {the cover still not put it back). I am very disappointed.
If you are looking for an incredibly reliable company! Call OC! Debbie and the team have been our family plumbers for 20 plus years! I would trust no one else! Over the years, whenever there was an emergency, Debbie and the team always came through!!! Highly recommend!!!!

These guys did a great job. Jason found the issue with our home water heater (which others had missed) and Jayme was professional and fast in installing a new flue to get it up to code. Tidy job. Not only fixed but working than it had.

Old fashion values make for good service
They are professional and know what they are doing. You might think a union plumber would cost more, but you'd be wrong. Daniel came to our house and fixed our leaking toilet and also fixed the shut off valve. No more water leaking on the floor when we flush! Then he fixed the tub spout (which had been installed improperly by a non-union "plumber"). I'm so pleased with all of their work. It's quality work that I will not have to have "fixed" by someone else because they did it right the first time. I won't hesitate to hire them again.
