I had an extraordinary encounter managing this organization. Their expert visited my home to give me a quote for supplanting my exhausted climate control system. By showing me on the subjects I didn't have the foggiest idea and empowering me to pose any inquiries I had, they worked effectively of mollifying my concerns. I hired Nur to install ductless split air conditioning systems in my townhouse and strongly recommend them for such projects. NUR HVAC is a highly technical team that will understand your needs and concerns, and work hard to build the perfect solution for you. Their biggest advantage is that David & Ilyas are highly technical (and do not rely on a sales estimator), resulting in an optimal solution and cost. My HOA has very stringent architectural & aesthetic requirements for installation of HVAC systems. Nur's team created the most unique solution that was even better than our HOA's guidelines and installed 3 ductless mini splits in my townhouse style condo. They are very responsive and prompt with communications too.
We came home from vacation to find our house super cold. We’re going through a cold spell in the Bay Area with snow in the higher elevations. I called Nur service around 2pm. They gave me a reasonable quote, and their technician Mr. Michael arrived by 4:30pm. I was very thankful because it was a Friday, and I did not want to be without heat over the cold weekend. Mr. Michael was super professional, he diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, had the spare part, which he installed, and checked the entire system. Our furnace is working again. I will use Nur service for my future projects, and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors without hesitation.
I previously had duct work that needs to be repaired from racoons in my attic I called these guys instead of just repairing it they set up a plan I called and the exterminator to get everything taken care of soon as they verify that the racoons were removed out of my attic i called them and they came back and replaced one duct run for me great honest company so far!!!
I want your company to know that you have the most knowledgeable and caring sales and servicemen in your company. He was courteous and was very customer oriented young man with intention of making sure that the customer is extremely satisfied with the product and the service tech did an overall check and maintenance on my units. He was professional as well. Highly recommendable.
The technician who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained the repair process to me in a way that was easy to understand. He had all the necessary parts and tools with him, so he was able to complete the repair on the spot.🥰

They have their superior custoemr service with very polite, professional, and courteous service techs. They showed up right on the given time, came prepared, did the job, cleaned up everything, assisted with getting awesome payment paln. I would definately recommend tem again dor sure!!!
I had issues with my AC unit. I called them now and had them check it out, they were very prompt to come to the house. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job repairing my capacitor!!! Super company and super great customer service!!! Def recommend using these guys for sure!!!
I would highly recommend them again for sure!!! Our home needed an emergency fix on our AC and after calling 4 othe rcompanies. They now informed me they were able to come out to help us, Tehir tech was at my home within an hour of confirming the appointment. he was prompt and have fixed our issue within 15 minutes. highly recomemndable!!!
The tech came out cause we had a water leak last week and he took care of the leaks for us. Thanks a bunch for the help guys!!

I would highly recommend them to any customer looking to get their AC fixed or up to date to ensure that the unit is operating at its best, I had their tech to come out to my house because my AC broke down, which was like bummerand called 2 other companies. but i thankfully git them with us and they did an amaizng services. thanks a bucnh for your services guys!!! will contact you for any future HVAc needs!!!

Last night my AC stopped blowingcold Air. I called 3 different 24 hours repair companies,, and all of them couldn't make it out til morning, or just never called back. I called them, they came out within a half an hour!!!much recommendable company so far!!!

This is the only company that is available 24/7 hours. They are not like other companies who disappeared and talk roughly. Will go on using them for sure.
