I worked mainly with Baljinder Kailey and he is a man of few words. He is a licensed contractor. He gets the job done. He realizes when something is important and addresses it. His sub-contractor investigated the possibility of running a drain pipe into the outside well with very little disruption. The city inspection seems to have approved the job and that's a good thing. The total work can extend beyond a day or two. But he does a complete job. On the day of the inspection he arrived and fixed a few issues reported by the city inspector, promptly. We also had duct testing done which is required for inspection. There was also a switch installed outside as required by city. When he is done with all work, his crew makes sure everything is cleaned up and recycled.
I recently used ACR Services for a commercial HVAC installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team at ACR Services was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and they made the whole process a breeze. Punctuality is one of their biggest qualities. I have yet to witness something they promised me today and delivered tomorrow. And the technicians are very competent.

I had reached out to numerous companies for replacing my old furnace with a new HVAC. Baljinder was prompt in giving me a quotation and followed up well. He indeed is acquainted and the rates were competitive. Melvin and Joel who performed with him were quite friendly, and professional and did a great job. They were fast and clean. They had to clear my deck to lay the lines for the AC and they did it flawlessly. Our experience with ACR was great and would highly recommend them.

We needed an entire HVAC replacement and were also in the middle of an electric panel replacement. The owner (Baljinder) worked seamlessly and extremely efficiently in spite of the challenges that existed with the electricians. We had a heat pump, blower, new ducting (in attic), and new vent panels all installed. He set up the 'sign-off' with the city inspector, and we passed without any issues. I would recommend Kailey Air Systems to anyone needing superior quality work at an affordable cost.

I had a great experience with them! They root caused and fixed an issue with my AC's compressor in less than 15mins. Would definitely call them again if I ever have any issues with my AC.
Very pleased with the work that ACR Service provided! We had pretty particular AC install requirements and Baljinder was willing to work through ALL the details required and get the work done just as requested. This was more than just "install it here" type of job... thankfully Baljinder and crew took each challenge one step at a time and took the time to do the job right. Now we have nice and cool Basement with the new split-system AC! Would definitely recommend and go back to for work in the future.
Baljinder installed a new AC system for my house. He used the industry top brand equipment and stayed with the agreed budget although he had to pay more for a larger capacity system due to the distributor inventory shortage. He even offered courtesy check of my duct system for leaking. He patiently answered my questions and discussed various options with me. Throughout the project, he kept clean for his workspace and wore a mask. I would highly recommend his services to anyone I know!
