William was our tech. He did a phenomenal job for us. Our AC wasn’t cooling enough and in these hot summer days, we were in need of quick help. William responded right away, diagnosed our issue, figured out our estimate promptly, and was able to complete our repairs the very next day. We are definitely happy with the service!
I had actually had IRBIS out couple years ago to just do diag check on my HVAC. I was asking about maint plan and they were honest about when I should start that. Well, going into a weekend my system failed.... so texted them from website and they called me back (before anyone else) and scheduled appt Sat morning (next day). He even got here a little early, found within 10-15min the problem was failed capacitor which was still under warranty. Advised I add capacitor saver, which I did after doing some quick research online. The technician, Kenneth, finished it quickly, checked temp from registers. He explained everything well, took photos. I couldn't be happier really.... and I appreciate that they use technology to communicate correctly, drive company vans, and wear uniforms. I would highly recommend them and will setup regular yearly maint with them now.
Had my AC fail. It was a 23 year old unit and it wasn’t unexpected. IRBIS (Raymond) was able to get me options the next day and I ended up replacing both the AC and the furnace with a heat pump. Fantastic service by the install crew (Daniel and Melvin). They made a lifelong customer after this.

Our AC was blowing warm air intermittently, and I tried everything to fix it myself — changing air filters, cleaning the compressor radiator, etc. I finally called IRBIS and I’m glad I did! I wish I called them sooner. Not only was Joy in the dispatch office super responsive and communicative, our tech Alonso was clearly an expert technician and fixed our problem quickly with thorough diagnosis, excellent explanations, and a cheerful, friendly attitude. I called for a same day appointment and IRBIS was able to schedule a slot immediately. I received a text with Alonso’s information and arrival time, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He listened carefully to our problem, and wasted no time getting down to the root cause. He explained everything he was doing and even found some other issues we were not aware of (complete with video and photos of the issues). Alonso gave several options for fixing the problems, ranging in price, and I felt no pressure or scare tactics from him at any time to go with the expensive ones. What a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend Alonso and IRBIS and definitely will call them again should the need arise.
IRBIS is highly recommended if you are looking for a prompt service at a relatively competitive price. Everything was smooth from answering my first call until the installation. I called on Thursday afternoon for AC installation, Raymond showed up on Friday for assessment, and technicians came over on Monday morning and finished the job by end of the day. Raymond is a professional gentleman who helped me find the best option and explained all the details. Forgot to say: they have multiple zero-interest financing options!
Kenneth was very professional, thorough and kept me informed at every stage of diagnosis and repair. Offered multiple options for repair tiered to price and services. Felt very informed about my options. He then repaired the problem quickly. Very good experience, will definitely use them again.

We had two complete systems ( heat pumps and condensers ) installed for our home. The IRBIS team was a pleasure to work with. Sonny explained the entire system options and followed through with Daniel's Installation team. The removal of the old systems and the installing the new went perfectly. The crew was great and the installation was clean and professional. Thank you for the quality experience.
Daniel Rodriguez, Crescencio Moreno, and Melvin did a great job with the duct and air return installation. They arrived on time and handled everything efficiently and professionally. Kenny also did a great job with replacing the condenser fan motor and fan blade and checking to make sure everything worked properly after the install.

I installed new HVAC at my house earlier this year. I had asked for several quotes from different Bay Area HVAC installers given it was a sizable, $15k+ job (new vents, new AC, switch from furnace to heat pump). In the end, we selected the IRBIS team due to their clear communication, fair prices, and positive recommendations from friends. The team was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the different options, and were able to complete the job in a week (with an additional week to schedule inspections). While there were a couple miscues (the new unit arrived damaged, so they had to delay the install by a week, and some initial issues with the zoning functionality) the team from the office admin to the sales rep to project manager to the installers and touch-up crews were all kind, straightforward, rectified issues at no additional cost, and got the job done. I would work with IRBIS again.
My AC stopped working, so I reached out to them. They responded quickly, scheduled an appointment the same day, and Alonso came to my place on time. They even shared a link to track the arrival on the map, which was neat. Alonso was very courteous, diagnosed the problem immediately, and helped me get the AC back up and running in no time. In addition, he shared tips and ideas that I can pursue for further maintenance or upgrade of my AC down the line (since my AC is 15+ years old). Overall, great experience. I can't ask for more.
Good experience with IRBIS from pre sale and installation to replace the old carrier HVAC system with new furnace and AC. The quote is reasonable and transparent, not trying to include a big add up and negotiate down. I respect this a lot, personally it is a big warning if a company gave a big price tag to negotiate with homeowners. One important reminder is to do your homework on part numbers quoted there are many different Furnaces and ACs at different brand, price, quality and efficiency level. Would recommend performance series (2 stages) versus comfort series (single stage) unless you are able to get a big price difference/saving. Installation arrangement is flexible, very responsive, thanks IRBIS support team. Installation took one full day to complete, that is a saving to avoid the second day. During installation you may ask questions to learn how system wired and works that will help future maintenance , highly recommend asking more questions as long as not annoying. The work is clean and professional, after installation walkthrough is very helpful. Thanks Oscar and his work colleague, and Sonny , Derek. Will wait for using new AC and furnace, may come back with review update how system perform in a year and so.
We had a problem that turned out to be a plumbing issue with our hot water pipe. Steven was extremely helpful and also helped us fix the safety latch on our furnace. Very easy to work with and am pleased with the experience
Their tech was very professional. Explain the options and stated the heating unit I have is a good unit that it is worth repairing.
