Barsin and his crew are honest, quick to respond, and hard workers that do the job right the first time! I have gotten a new furnace, air purifier, central air, and a mini-split. There is no other company I would recommend (and I called A TON). Look no further you found the perfect company.
Response to my inquiry within 30 min. Hvacerz team suspected a small issue on the phone, came to see the unit same day I made the inquiry. Arrived and diagnosed, reviewed pricing and confirmed to proceed and replaced. All in all it took 30 min and they had the part with them on the truck... Apparently this is a common issue with a part that fails every few years on the Condenser. Pricing was on the lower spectrum of the 3 inquires I made but going forward I would bring HVACERZ back because the response time along with quality of work and that they were genuinelly trying to keep my best interests in mind and not trying to create more work and take up more time. I recommend HVACERZ, 5 stars ++.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Sorry this review is long overdue(I really need to do something with my procrastination!). Anyhoo, our furnace suddenly stopped working on Christmas Eve, just when you expected everything to be working! I didn't want to disturb anyone's Christmas so I waited and started calling around the day after Christmas, nobody picked up phone except HVACerz, they helped me quickly scheduled an appt the NEXT DAY. The team came on time, quickly found the issue, got everything fixed within 20 minutes, and helped us check if our vent is doing good. We really appreciate and highly recommend them!

Very professional and friendly technicians. The first company I used suggested I completely replace my furnace. I got a second opinion from Hvacerz and turns out only needed a couple parts replaced. Barsin did a great job and was responsive and on time. I would definitely use them again.
HIGHLY recommend! We were having some AC issues (not cooling). Their customer service is AMAZING and their technician Barsin is awesome! Kind, knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced and responsive! Definitely recommend :) Will be using their services again in the future.
Very impressed. Quick scheduling and they had same day availability. Our heater has been giving us problems. Heating for 10 minutes and then blowing cold air. Finally found time to call highly rated HVAC companies. They came on time. Found the issue, likely related to a failing control board. Came back today to replace the board. Thorough. He still hasn’t taken payment pending system performance. I have been impressed by them. I will update the review as we figure out if the system needs a newer pressure switch as well. Highly recommended!
Excellent interaction and fix of our issue. Charge was very reasonable. We had a furnace issue on a Saturday afternoon. I called and and got someone on the phone to schedule for Monday morning. Communication was easy via cell phone. They kept me up to speed on arrival time throughout the morning. Problem was diagnosed and fixed within 20 min. They also answered all of my questions. I highly recommend you give them a call when in need.
During our initial work with them, we received an "excellent" service for all the repair work they did! The second time around, we had them install two "nest" thermostat (2 zones) in the house and they were in and out quickly and again with a reasonable price for both the labor and the material. We highly recommend them!!!

When the HVAC in our house went out at 4:45pm on Friday and it was 101 degrees out I knew there would be problems getting help. I called about 5 places, but HVACerz was the one I went with. They were able to squeeze me in at 7:30am the very next day. Barsin came by on time and quickly identified that it was the fuse that needed replacing and also gave me some tips. Our unit is on the roof, so I went up with him to try and learn a few things and it was clear that their service is a bit more about helping people and not about getting as much money as they can. I appreciate that and they will be the first place I go when I have to replace my system. Thank you Barsin and HVACerz!
The team were very professional and they worked quickly and careful around my home. Great work, very professional. I was quoted a price and taken care of quickly. Ended up being a special order part that would take a week to get. Instead of leaving me without any A/C during the heat wave he puts in a temporary motor to get me by and keep my house cool for the family until the correct unit gets in. All of that for the original quoted price. Nothing extra even though he put in extra work to keep my house and family comfortable while we waited for the part. Communication was professional and helped me understand the issue and what it will take to fix. If I ever have any other issues with my unit I will definitely be calling again and recommend them to my friends/family. Good Honest work. The Techs name is : Barsin Isakhani. Great guy.
HVAC konked out a week before. We noticed that my kids especially the new born were not doing well given the heat and reached out via Yelp in the morning. Got a response from HVACerz team in less than 10 minutes and on hearing my situation, they were able to fit us in between appointments less than an hour later. I had contacted a few others and they all gave me dates for 10-12 days later. Barsin Isakhani showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the capacitor and replaced it. He had a mask on and was maintaining appropriate distance. I was surprised with the reasonable pricing for the replacement. Thank you HVACerz team for caring and being emphatic to my kids situation.
HVACerz was fantastic. Barsin was very friendly and professional; he arrived on time wearing PPE and quickly diagnosed that we had a breaker issue and no issue with the A/C. Because there was no A/C issue, he refused to charge us anything for the visit! He even helped us socialize our new puppy who insisted on watching him while he worked =) Highly recommend this team.
