Nice clean store, lots of employees.
Great customer service and very clean bathroom
Placed an online order for pickup. Got in and saw a line for the cashiers, waited there for about 10 minutes then noticed they had a separate counter for Express Pickups(online orders etc) headed there and waited. Line to the cashiers grew longer as more people got in line. The guy originally behind me got to the front of the line so I gave in and went back to the cashier line. Waited another 10 minutes before someone finally manned the express counter. I voiced out I had an online order and so they helped me then. I told her my experience and she said “sorry bout that but it shouldn’t be an issue”. If the counter wasn’t open they should’ve had a sign, or at least one of the 3 cashiers that just stared at me should’ve at least said something to me. Unfriendly and unhelpful environment overall.

It took 2-1/2 months for several items to arrive (2 items had been predicted to take 1 month), and the thin rod stock was significantly bent, but I was able to get them without having to pay more for shipping than they cost - which makes Grainger still the best for anything beyond what Home Depot and Lowe's carry.

They always help out all their departments, customer support to help you find the right part even if it was discontinued, most of their items are in stock, everyone is helpful.
Ryan was amazingly helpful and professional to help me with my returns, picking up a mobile order, and even assisting me with bringing the items to my car! Thanks a bunch for the help! 😄

Purchased some WD-40 lubricants. Great selection of tools and quick service. The added benefit of working with Grainger is that if you establish a Vendor account, your history gets reported to D&B and Equifax that can help build Business Credit.
So this store has amazing customer service!!! The manager Nick is a superhero in my book. We had a package missed delivered to this building and it was a Christmas gift this year. He took the time out of his day to ask all the employees where the package was and ended up finding it and the giant warehouse back end of Granger. It was a miracle and I am so shocked he found it but this place has above and beyond customer service. I will definitely start coming back to Granger more than Lowe's and home Depot.
Knowledgeable staff
I stopped in looking for a Ballast for an air compressor. The front of the building is very long however when you walk inside the show room is quite small. It’s very deceiving “the show room” as I watched the guy that was helping me jump on a picker and disappear into oblivion. 10 minutes later he returned with the part in hand. I can only guess how massive their where house must be, I mean who carries Ballast anyway let alone 50+ versions? Bottom line Grainger’s carries a massive amount of hard to get. Their covid restrictions are over the top in my opinion And as always their prices are high. But it is hard to beat them as far as selection and convince is concerned. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
Great, easy place to work with. They always seem to have everything in stock. On the rare occasion they don't, it's never more than a day away. The Will-call/Pickup system they worked out is fast and efficient. No matter how long the line is you never wait more than 5 or 10 minutes max, to pick your order. Great job team!!
Fairly painless if you are ordering online and driving through to pick up. Everyone there is friendly. Just make sure you have a mask on and stay in the vehicle and you will be fine.
