Great Service. My refrigerator was being inconsistent on temperature. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was very efficient on resolving the issue. He was also very covid safe! I definitely do not want more problems with my appliances, but if I do, I will be using Global! Thank you!
They were professional from the start. They arrived on time and did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards, and left the place spotless. I highly recommend them, and I will certainly use them for future tasks.
The Tech showed up 10 minutes early. Answered all my questions. Then found the real problem with my Dryer. I didn't need new parts just had to clean our the fan. A couple of those sheets that are used during clothes drying got past the screen in the dryer and were stuck in the exhaust fan. Making it noisy because it was out of balance. Be careful using those things.
Andrew who came over to the house was very courteous and polite. As soon as I opened the door, I appreciated the fact that he was wearing a mask and was practicing social distancing. He asked me about my rule on him wearing his shoes to go inside the house, which was nice too for him to ask that. He explained to me the different options of what he can do to solve the issue of the fridge not cooling. He explained thoroughly what he was doing and very straightforward on the prices. He gave me the business card to call him after 3-4 days if the boost to the compressor doesnt work. He told me if the issue was the compressor and Im ok with the price he quoted me, then he can order the compressor and deduct the $265 I paid today for the service. I will recommend him to my friends and family and recommend your company for your speed on your response time and customer service.
Denise was punctual and professional repairing my samsung dryer. The drum was a special order which took two weeks, but he was out installing it as soon as he got it. Now i have a working dryer and that is such a relief given the covid-19 pandemic time frame.

Our whirlpool Cabrio dryer started making a horrible high pitch squeaking sound. I bought a new idler pulley for it but it was a bit of a challenge to try and install myself. I loved being able to book my appt online and received text message updates. Dennis was prompt and very professional. He completed the project in a timely manner and checked to ensure that everything was working properly. He even helped me vaccum the inside lint! I appreciate the efficient service call and would highly recommend them again.
Global Appliance Repair was very supportive in providing service. The technician was patient and quickly diagnosed the issues with my dryer. He had to come back three times in one day, due to some additional complications. He was extremely helpful and even came back to double check another unexpected issue at no charge.
