We live at 3901 Lick Mill Blvd, Santa Clara, CA in Miraval condominium and it’s about time our HVAC system gave up. One thing is tough about our HVAC that it’s ceiling unit. When I tried to get a quote I learned that a lot of companies don’t work with them. I was walking home one day when I saw FUSE van and 2 guys were pulling out the new HVAC unit. I checked their rating and immediately got their information. Dennis came to check our unit and give us a quote. I was satisfied with the price and made an appointment. On the day of installation, I got a text that Stas, Michael, and Andrey are on the way. They have worked hard whole day, everything was done by 6 PM, they cleaned after themselves, checked everything. I liked that they covered the floors while they were working, they weren’t loud, so I could work without being distracted. My problem was solved, month past and unit is working great . I was very happy with their service. It’s a great business and good luck FUSE!

Bait and Switch - Avoid like the plague! Dishonest and rogue company. Our property manager sent them to our rental property to diagnose the AC. They claimed the wire from furnace to condenser needed to be replaced, and gave a quote with labor cost and the cost for the wire itself. We agreed to let them replace the wire. We had no idea what they actually did because it's a rental property. 2 years later, the AC failed again, and we found out that they didn't originally replace the wire, but installed a wireless module instead, whose radio component eventually aged and failed. We wanted to replace it, but the module has been discontinued by the manufacturer. As a temporary solution, we had to run wire to move the wireless module indoors. We contacted FUSE asking for a full refund because they scammed us. They didn't bother replying. Only after we threatened them with negative reviews, did they reply immediately. And guess what they said? In response, they said they will be coming to remove the wireless module to render the entire system unusable, before issuing the refund, which we see as a blatant threat. It's inconceivable that they'd rather perform extra destructive work without charge, than to simply issue a refund for quoted services which were never performed (which is merely ~$550). The required labor for removing the wireless module would be worth more than that in today's market.
The guys did a great job, From the bottom of my heart I recommend, I will advise my friends, professionals work!
I seldom leave reviews. This review is for FUSE for Ivan and his install team. They helped to install furnace+AC (including relocation), high quality and neat job. They were diligent(work from morning to night) and detail oriented; they communicated with you before you start so that you know what they were performing and let you know city codes; they kept you updated every time you came to take a look; they confirm with you if they need to install something on the wall; when you see the installation, you could tell they were highly trained and skilled; they also cleaned the site even they finished late and then they would remind you the warranty before they leave. Really appreciated. I invited 7 companies to estimate and interviewed them, finally I chose Fuse (based on online reviews, price and estimator's proposal+service+reputation+follow up). The Estimator Dennis, he is willing to give honest answer to your questions and would give you reasonable proposals with pros and cons so you won't get confused. And thanks to Janna(not sure if I spell correctly), every time I call, she would let me know when I could get feedback from her or the team. Also many thanks to Stan who sent such a skilled and highly trained team. Not easy to get a good contractor/company in bay area. The overall experience is expectional, especially the quality job+competitive price. Highly recommended and I would spread my words.
Excellent service for mini-split AC units installation! From the timeliness and professionalism of the Sales Rep Mike, to the Installation Technicians Alex and Alex, the service has been impeccable for Fuse HVAC. Not only do they offer a very competitive pricing, their responsiveness and follow-through on solving any challenges during the AC installation has been exceptional. I had to change the location of the exterior condenser unit due to space limitation, Alex and Alex were very professional and accommodating in making the modification. They also paid special attention to details to ensure a perfect installation, including perfect alignments against the walls and painting even the recessed screw holes. I would highly recommend the AC installation service to anyone looking for a smooth and quality experience.
Kostas spent two hours at my home and did an excellent job of locating the root cause in fridge's no cooling systematically, with a thorough fix finally. I really appreciate his timely help and great effort!

Have used Fuse several times now for furnace and AC problems and inspection and for water heater R&R. The technician arrived early or on time, knew exactly what they were doing, and identified and resolved the problems promptly. The price was fair as well. I will definitely be using them again for the services they provide.
No emergency repair is cheap, but FUSE is consistently reliable and fair value. Their HVAC technician repaired my faulty heating system within 24 hours (a special part had to be replaced), and the cost was reasonable. He was punctual, came when he said he would, and was efficient in making the repair. Thank you FUSE
Amazing service - we had our Thermador gas burner ignitors and the control module replaced by Fuse. Leo did an awesome job - he was polite professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend FUSE to anyone that is looking for an honest and dependable company. Great Job Fuse Team :)
I have been having electrical problems with my GFCI in the kitchen resetting all the time. Valentin came in and found the root cause of the problem. It is working now and will come and give feedback again when things continue to work.
The heating system was not working properly. The Fuse technician arrived 20 minutes early and start working on my HVAC unit. He was professional and he wears booties while inside my home. He identified the problem with my unit and explained to me what needs to be done. I am glad I used Fuse.
Had a heat pump system replaced. Fuse was extremely professional throughout the entire process. Communication was great at every step -- I've never had this type of work done before, and I never felt lost or confused about what was going on or what the next step was. Other techs in the area declined the work because the indoor fan unit would be a bit difficult to replace labor-wise. Some companies didn't even respond to my request for a quote. Also, Fuse quoted me significantly less in labor costs. Techs arrived on time, took care to protect the work area, didn't cause any unnecessary damage to drywall or floors, and cleaned up after the work was done. I live in a condo complex, and I'm admiring the work that was done by Fuse compared to other units here. It's just so clean and tidy, and looks like it will stand the test of time. My intake vent was a non-standard size, so they had to schedule a 2nd appointment to replace it. They had a vent custom-made, and even made custom-sized filters for us by putting together smaller filters. They left me with 6 filters (3 years worth) at no extra cost. The customer service and work is top notch, and I have zero hesitation giving Fuse a hard recommendation.
