This is the second time I get help from Fuse. The first time is for repairing furnace, which I had excellent experience. This time is a much bigger job. I had my AC unit replaced. Gene B. and his partner did awesome job. They showed up right on time, and worked through the day. Job well done and I have absolutely no issues with them. Thanks!

I have used Fuse a few times - super satisfied each time. The installed my HVAC system originally, never had any issues. Then they were really the only HVAC company that was willing and able to work with my contractor when we remodeled and added on to my home. They were super patient with us as our project dragged on for more than a year, always doing their bit on time. They always provided thorough info to let us make good choices. Our tech Kay always was thoughtful with our home and was super easy to work with.

Michael did an excellent job providing ductless heating and A/C services for my home. He arrived on time and was very thorough in his inspection of the system. Michael made sure to check every component to ensure it was running smoothly and efficiently. He also provided me with some helpful tips to keep my system running smoothly between maintenance appointments. Michael's professionalism and attention to detail were truly appreciated, and I would highly recommend him for any ductless heating and A/C services needs.
Installed my units and they work perfectly with all my other damaging devices. Installation was simple. Admin staff very responsive. Only negativity had to rebook installation date and when installing had to repeat myself to the Labour 4 times before actioned.
I am so proud that the tech represents the whole company and shows care for his clients. Will surely use them again in near future.Highly would recommend.
They just did a fantastic work. He is ultimately professional and so was his partner. Both were courtoeus and respectful as well. They have explained the work in detailed.
The tech was a prompt, swift and very knowledgeable as wekk regarding our AC issues. he just have ran a few tests and and recommend a couple of different fixes. He was a spot on. He did not try to sell us a replacement but worked around our problems. He made great recommendations and we a re now looking to be more efficient with addittional duct work. Thanks a bunch!!!

The tech was amazing. He was courteous on time and have diagnosed a problem fast and fixed it effectively and immediately. He could nt have been more helpful. I would totally recommend this company especially if the guy is the one who worked with us recently.
This firm is the Best vendor. I have worked with in the last two years of home ownership. My HVAC wiring was cross wired with my neighbors and they took great with extraordinary details to discover what the issue was and to fix it. I will never go to anyother company but them for my HVAC needs. Best in town so far!!!
