DunRite Heating & Air installed a completely new Bryant furnace & heat pump along with new duct work in my home. They were extremely timely, efficient and delivered on all promises. They also handled the minor electrical modifications that were needed to accommodate my system. This experience was very, very positive and I would highly recommend this vendor to my friends mainly because of their excellent customer service. Mike, the owner knows his game ! ! !

I’ve used DunRite now 3 different times, twice at my house and once for my mothers home here in Santa Clara county. Jesse helped me the first time at my house for a minor problem with my furnace. Then 6 months later with duct work on my Mom’s home. Jesse was on time, professional, and up front with pricing. His work was excellent. When my furnace stoped working a couple of days ago I called DunRite to have it looked at. I was hoping that I would have Jesse come up again. He wasn’t available so Mike said he’d be over in 30 minutes. Well? Ok. Turns out Mike the owner. It took him about 60 seconds to to find the problem. Unfortunately the only place he could get the part was closed because of Presidents Day. Mike just left this morning, heater is working fine and he has another happy customer. Don’t mess around with heating companies that want to sell you a new furnace because there’s a screw missing. Honesty is big with me. Get real next time your heating or air system is broken. Mike was great in his responsiveness and helpfulness when our heating system went out. He came out, cleaned up our unit, replaced the ignition start and was very pleasant when at our house. Great customer service. Our furnace stopped working on Sunday, and Mike came out the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on Monday as soon as he got the needed part. Mike is very knowledgeable about the various heating and cooling options, including hybrid systems with heat pumps.
Mile the owner came out during a heat wave and repaired our AC.

Our A/C stopped working on a Saturday. We called Dunrite since they installed a Heating Unit a few years prior. Mike was onsite within 20 minutes. He took a look at our 24 year old A/C Unit and suggested a replacement was better than trying to fix the old unit. We already knew we were due for a new one. Since Dunrite was not sure of the availability of the equipment, they said they would call back Monday morning to give us an update once they checked around for availability. Luckily, parts were on hand and our new unit was installed on Monday. We were very appreciative of the quick response and replacement of our unit.

Mike responded very quickly on a Saturday when air wasn’t working. Fixed it quickly, and he was very easy to work with.

I was very happy with the service I received. My AC is an older model. I appreciated his experience and willingness to fix it. He gave great information and replacement options. I highly recommend this company.
I'm a commercial HVAC contractor and we don't do residential. When asked by my clients for a referral this is who I send them too and have never heard a complaint.
I was at a stop sign and a 45 miles an hour and one of your employees flew out in front of me slamming his horn right behind me going above 60. You need to have a talk with your employees or I’m going to report your company. I am in a company car and company cars are supposed to go to speed limit I don’t see the need for him to rush and slam on his horn behind me. There is two lanes I was in the slow lane he could’ve perfectly gone around me. Disrespectful driver and I will make sure to post on everyRating site that I have to that you have reckless drivers

I don't need to be told rudely that you don't work with Warranties. Simple yes or no would have sufficed. Based on their rude response wouldn't trust them anyway.
Unlike most HVAC it seems, you won’t be sold a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Knowledgeable , reliable. Used him a few times, no complaints at all. Full confidence.
Mike is rude and abusive... would never, ever recommend these guys. I only wish I could give zero stars.
