I called them on day 1 and had a virtual tour the very same day. We got a quote from John who was super quick and we decided to go ahead with them and signed the contract that day itself. 4 days later the guys came on time and installed the AC for us. They worked from 11am till 8pm and got it done. 2 days later we identified some leaks as the piping work wasn’t done properly. Phuong is simply amazing. I texted her at 9pm about this problem and she sent folks over the next day to have it fixed. Simply love how amazing their turnaround time is. I believe in customer satisfaction until a problem is thoroughly solved and they are a great example. Definitely will recommend them to everyone
