Erasmo and his crew were a pleasure to work with! I got 3 quotes to replace our furnace and ALL of our ducts. CaliforniAir was $8K cheaper than the next best quote and they agreed to do a more complete job than the other company. The work was done on schedule and they cleaned up well. Erasmo made a house call a few weeks later to adjust our dampers and make some other adjustments.
I’m so glad that I found Erasmo and team! They installed two heat pump units in my Duplex, gave me perfect guidance on the unit and the pricing. If you’re holding back to get HVAC because of complexity and or pricing, contact Erasmo, he’s going to give you an honest opinion and workable pricing. Erasmo was on time for the estimate and was very respectful. He answered all of my questions, even the dumb ones. He gave me options for the different HVAC units and walked me through the pros and cons. His team came on time and worked as long as they had to, to meet the schedule. They cleaned up after everyday’s work. The team were a breeze to deal with and very independent. My wife and I are very happy to call CaliforniAir as our go to HVAC company.
We've been fortunate to find a great heater contractor; Erasmo Alviar. We've actually had three heating units installed or replaced in our home over the past five years. Erasmo and the employees who work for him have been excellent at getting the job done right the first time and for a reasonable price. We had an issue with our Mini Split. There was a leak and the unit wasn’t blowing hot or cold air. Called Erasmo on Wednesday afternoon and he just so happened to be around the following day. He and his guys arrived on time and completed the service very quickly. They are definitely the only company I’ll be calling for HVAC needs from now on. Thank you so much for your service.
