Wow! Highly recommend this vendor. Our A/C was having issues and we had tried to use YouTube to see if we could fix this on our own. No luck. We called this guy and he showed up on the same day and on time! Wow! When he arrived, he was super friendly and listened to our A/C issues. After a few minutes he was able to trouble shoot the issue and gave us an honest recommendation that didn't require us to shell out a brand new A/C unit for thousands of dollars. Instead, he suggested that he would need to order a needed part and replace it. I was anticipating a few days, but he reached out to us the very next day and fixed it. Voila! Good as new and very satisfied customer. Thank you! 5 stars!
Phil’s service to temporarily relocate my ac units during my landscaping work was professional, honest, and excellent. I will definitely use him in the future for any HVAC jobs.

Phil and Cody came to fix the AC unit at our rental property. Even though they had a lot of jobs, they were able to fit us into their schedule. They were friendly, on time, efficient, thorough, and very easy to work with. The problem was fixed quickly and they even inspected the ducts to make sure there were no other issues. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

These folks are fantastic, and I wouldn't call anyone else. Mary, who staffs the phone, is super personable. Phil, who did the job, is honest and knows his stuff. He won't try to upsell you on work or equipment you don't need. A house call, two excellent brand new digital thermostats, and installation came to only about $300. Quality work, reasonable prices, and integrity. What more could you want?

Phil and Cody came to fix my thermostat today and they were so friendly and professional, Phil’s wife was so great over the phone and made sure she got a hold of myself and my husband in a timely fashion. they had a brand new faceplate ready to go since my old was was corroded, and they replaced it right then and there! The work order was put in earlier this afternoon and they came out literally within the hour to fix my problem, which was a life saver being 8 months pregnant and having a toddler, I needed my thermostat working. They took the time to explain how to use it, even showed me where the filters were and how to change them if I needed to. They were so kind to my curious 2 year old who watched them and talked with them the whole time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quick, quality service with great personalities!
Phil and Cody with Bartlett Heating provided me with the best possible customer service and expertise in their field with my heating system problem. They were able to find me the parts I needed for an older system in a timely manner. They were fair on pricing, etc. I highly recommend them!!
Phil Bartlett did a fantastic job fixing my old Williams wall furnace! Last winter another repairman came by three times and got it working somewhat but was never quite able to figure out what the core underlying problem was. It worked sporadically and I sometimes had to hit it (fonzie style) to make it work, which I think was slowly ruining it. This year I feared that I'd have to replace the whole thing (very expensive!) but Phil immediately figured out the problem and charged a reasonable price to replace a part. It works flawlessly now!

These guys have done amazing things with our old wall heater. They repaired it and kept it going but we're always honest about the fact the heater was old and would need replacement. When it came time for the new heater, they outlined a few options for us and worked with our budget.. I am grateful to their skilled workers who also made my elederly mom feel comfortable in her home. That mentm a great deal because then we did not have to take time off work to be there too. I am very pleased with the great customer service of Phil and Mary. Thank you Bartlett.
Bartlett Heating Air has been our heating service person for a few years now. Phil and Mary have proven to be driven by their care and concern for their clients. Mary has returned every call if she is not able to answer the phone when I call. She understands the special needs of keeping my elderly mother warm. This morning a call to Mary had Phil lined up and ready to head over and get things fixed. Within a very short period of time my mom was all set with the heater going. Happy as can be and praising Mary, Phil and the whole Bartlett team!
This is a family business with a heart! I needed a new heater installed at my father apartment in an emergency situation. Phil and his family were terrific. One great and honest business.

GO SOMEHWERE ELSE!!!! These guys are liars and don’t respond after taking your money. They tried saying that half of the things that I mentioned on Yelp were false. Please look at my yelp review for more details about these liars.
These guys are great! They replaced the furnace and a/c today in my apartment. They were on time and they had great communication with me the entire time they were here. They made sure to lay down cloths on my light colored carpet so it wouldn’t get dirty and I appreciate that they did. They made sure both my furnace and a/c were working properly before they left. I enjoyed working with them and will recommend their company to my friends/family.
Great service! They arrived early, after confirming it was alright to, and discovered my issue quickly. They also suggested some changes to my filtration system that had been bugging me, and were able to replace the broken part and install the new filter system shortly after. The prices were fair and I never felt like I was being pressured to change anything. Additionally, everyone I dealt with were very nice and seemed very trustworthy. Highly recommend!
I chose Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning after getting quotes from several other vendors. Bartlett was by far the most competitive. We had just bought our house and it didn't have central A/C but it did have central heat, albeit the furnace being really old. The installation was going to be challenging since the furnace was in the garage and there wasn't a really great place to put the unit (it would have required a really long run of the line set). Also there wasn't a lot of space for a rebuild of the plenum. Most of the other vendors complained and bellyached about this but Phil and Mike took the challenge head on. They provided two great units, a Carrier A/C and a Carrier furnace at a great price. It was a 3 day job and every day they showed up ready to work. The workmanship was done with high quality. They were very friendly and I enjoyed having them there. For your next HVAC job, you should consider Bartlett Heating & Air Conditioning.
