Alan and Alex are top notch. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They communicated with me when necessary and worked with me to increase heat flow in previous problem areas and place flu outlets so as to keep the integrity of the exterior of our house.

There guys did a great job. Especially as the removal of the old water tank was complicated. But Jerry and Joel did it without damaging the trim or door by breaking down the heater. Installing the new system was fast and efficient and they explained everything very clearly. Highly recommend

Technician was very clear describing the problem with my A/C unit. He was surprised because our Lennox unit was installed at our home only in the fall of 2021. I am concerned and surprised to see the high cost of the battery unit installed at the unit to prevent high drawing of power at the start of each A/C cycle. I was charged $380 for the battery and the labor for the technician. I asked for senior discount (I am 84 yrs old & my wife is 77 yrs) offered by Atlas. I was told that the price $380 included this discount !!.

Our AC unit broke down on a very hot day and Atlas Trillo came out within a day (when 2 other companies I had called said no appointments untill 8 days out) and within a few hours got the system up and running! I just installed new AC and replaced our 30y old furnace with Atlas. Next day on site quote was fast. The wiring were very tricky but technicians managed to get it done without opening wall too much. They also clean after work done everyday, there's no dust left at all. I really appreciate their professional and thoughtful service, and would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Installers were polite and helpful with how to use the new system/thermostat and what will happen next with the testing and inspection. New AC and furnace installed and working great.

Installation: Our project was to replace our old HVAC system with a new system of the exact same brand and size. However, the entire installation process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. We had to make countless calls, and three different groups of technicians had to come out a total of six times to complete the easy swop. The first group of technicians came three times to replace the outside unit and remove parts of the inside unit. However, they left the disconnected outside unit sitting aside for weeks, and parts of the inside unit were left in the attic without being properly taken care of. The second group of technicians came once to remove more parts of the inside unit and install the new unit. However, they left it without making any connections. When I asked about the filter, they informed me that it was not included in the project and that I needed to contact the office separately for a quote. They didn't even mention that the new system came with a new electronic filter system. Additionally, they mishandled the trim in the entrance of the attic and showed no willingness to rectify the situation. Finally, the third group of technicians came twice to complete the remaining work. They connected everything, installed the control panel, and walked us through the entire system. They also took the time to clean up any leftover mess. The lead technician, Hector, was patient and professional, and I couldn't help but wish that he had been sent in the first place. Communication: The communication throughout this process couldn't have been worse. Every time I called the office with questions or left important messages, I was told that they would call me back. However, they rarely followed through on this promise, except when it was time to collect payment. For instance, I left a message reminding them to bring a draining pan for the installation, but the next day, the technician arrived without the necessary equipment and had to wait for hours. Th
