Aranda Air replaced my very old HVAC units. Louis was very responsive when Aranda was assigned by my home warranty company. He thoroughly explained what the issues were with the units, the process of replacing them and provided a reasonable quote. Aranda worked with my home warranty company to obtain the approval to replace the units and with the city to obtain the necessary permits. Louis and his team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The technicians were on time and very respectful of my home. The new units are more efficient and much quieter than the old ones. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new HVAC system or needing their exiting system repaired.

Louis ordered the part we needed and when it arrived he called me as he said he would. Came right out and fixed the issue.
We were looking to replace a gas furnace and A/C system with a hybrid heat pump with backup gas furnace to utilize excess solar capacity and lower our overall heating bills. Our problem was that the current system was undersized for the house after an addition was added on. We were limited in closet space where the old furnace was located and not able to increase the system size without moving the furnace into the attic. We wanted to keep the furnace in the original closet for convenience and avoid the added cost to relocate the system into the attic. Out of five contractors, Louis (Owner) was the only one to come up with a solution to increase the system size to match the house and keep the furnace in the closet by utilizing a higher efficiency furnace for a modest additional cost. He listened to our problem, asked questions, analyzed the situation and customized a system that met all of our requirements at a fair price. The other contractors approached the problem with “Cookie Cutter” solutions, some at a much higher price. The work was performed on-time and in a very professional manner. The whole crew was polite and addressed all of our questions and concerns with patience and humor. Louis’s experience and HVAC knowledge are second to none. I highly recommend Aranda Air for any system replacement and we will utilize them for future maintenance of the system.

Louis is absolutely professional and helpful on repairing my Thermostat. He shows up on time and take steps by steps to make sure my AC would be working property before getting a new thermostat for replacement. Definitely recommend using Aranda Air service!
Aranda air was assigned by my home warranty company. I tried to schedule everything early before the summer even hit, but it took quite a while to get everything settled. It really is just how working through home warranty companies are like these days. Aside from the difficulty of scheduling a time (they're super busy given how hot it has been and we had to wait for replacement parts to be ordered by the home warranty company), they're amazing. They go into detail of what needs to be repaired and discuss the best path forward with you, and their work quality is top notch.
Our furnace was a million years old and stopped working. Our home insurance linked us with Aranda Air to replace our furnace. Overall a good experience. They even tired to fit us between appts because we were in a rush to sell the house. One of the good companies here used by our home warranty.
Aranda Air was awesome to work with and I couldn't be happier. We just moved into our home about 9 months ago and it turns out that our AC system had a leak and was no longer blowing cold. They were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule, detect the leak and repair our AC just in time before the triple digit temperatures arrived. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will be keeping their number handy for the future and for any family and friends needing an HVAC company.

Woman on the phone was completely rude and unhelpful. Hung up on my wife mid sentence and denied me an ETA status saying “he’ll be there when he gets there”. Do not use this company. Was told the appointment would be some time between 1-5pm and they never arrived. It’s currently 99 degrees outside. Extremely disappointed with this company

Luis was very friendly and explained everything patiently. It was a great experience. Highly recommended. He changed the capacitor which was not turning on the compressor. Things went back to normal now
The guys were fast and professional, they got everything done in one day. They installed my AC condenser coil and put in a new furnace. Everything is working smoothly right now.
We had moved in for a month and the Nest thermostat suddenly wasn’t charging. Aranda Air came around on time and quickly figured out we had inadvertently turned off the gas heater in the garage, which in turn turned off the thermostat power. Explained it all patiently, charged us less than agreed, all despite being called out to fix something so trivial!
I am very impressed with this company. They’re very good and accurate in diagnosis of my AC.
Aranda Air has always been great for our AC installations and repairs. I originally researched the top rated AC companies that carry name brands in the market. After a long search, I ended up contracting Aranda Air for my unit. Ever since, I've ended up choosing them for every need I have. From new AC installations to simple thermostat repairs, they're always prompt and very professional. Their services are fast and very reasonably priced, they're definitely the best in the market.
The team at Aranda Air installed a new AC system at my home. They provided excellent, efficient, and on-time service and coordinated all of the required city permits and testing. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I especially liked that they took additonal time after install to thoroughly test the entire system and to educate me about each part of the new system so I could be aware of any potential issues should they arise. They were courteous and respectful of my home and made sure to protect my carpets with drop cloths during install. I would highly recommend Aranda Air if you are in need of a new HVAC system or repair.
Very responsive and competent. They were a referral from my next door neighbor when my heat and ac unit we’re going berserk. They were able to accommodate me on a very short notice and identified the problem.
Did a great job with installation of our replacement gas furnace. Scheduling the follow up for recharging the AC system was a little tricky, but otherwise they did a great job.
