I called all fresh temp to understand why my A/C wasn’t working. The guy came and check the A/C device and said that it needed to be fixed, but he wasn’t sure if that would actually fix my A/C issue. He didn’t check the device in my attic, filters, vents or anything else inside my house. He was very rude and charged me $100 device for a 5 min check up. I’m not even sure he did a good evaluation of the current state. I’ll never recommend All Fresh Temp to do A/C repairs.
Contacted Javier and he said they will give me an appointed and will call me back and never did so just saying,not professional it was during the recent heatwave my ac unit stopped working, but this company seems unreliable
I've called many places in San Jose, and the people at All Fresh Temp are the only ones that can have a technician diagnose and fix my air conditioning issues right away, even in the scorching summer months. Ramiro and Josue were professional and fixed the problem without any issues. I strongly recommend them!
Very disrespectful we are at work Tryin to move a couple in they house and he pulls up with a very bad attitude saying racial things. Not worth me writing it I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them he could of easy moved in front of backed up he refused and began to swear at us
I was in desire need of having my air conditioner unit fixed. I called several places only to get the runaround, no callback, or an expensive service fee just to come out to my house. Finally, I contacted All Fresh Temp and spoke to Ramiro Lopez. Ramiro was very knowledgeable and friendly. Furthermore, he could dispatch a technician the next day who showed up on time. The quality of work is superb. I highly recommend All Fresh Temp over the other HVAC providers in the Bay Area.

I was very disappointed with the service provided. The tech came out and I mentioned that I thought the capacitor might be bad from previous experience with a previous home I owned. Well the tech looked at the unit and then told me it was the compressor motor was frozen and the whole unit needed to be replaced. The tech said the unit was over 50 years old. This was a direct lie. After telling me it was going to cost over 12K to replace, he left. I wanted to get a second opinion to make sure everything he told me was correct. The 2nd A/C company came and took a look, after about 5 minutes, he told me the capacitor was bad and needed to be replaced. He replaced it and the unit was back up and running. a $15. part. The 2nd A/C person said the first thing to always check is the capacitor when servicing a A/C unit. also our A/C unit was only 25 years old. When we confronted the 1st tech, he tried to shift the blame. I feel he was trying to take advantage and directly lied to me about the problem to make a 12K sale. I want all to be aware of a company that hires incompetent tech's that are not able to properly do there job. Not checking the basic's on the system,( checking the capacitor it the first thing to check) I was told this by several A/C companies. I want all to be AWARE of this company
Ramiro, Javier, and his crew worked with us to install a brand new HVAC system, complete with new ductwork and (frankly) a ridiculous amount of effort to put the system in the crawlspace. Out of 5 estimates we got, I was most impressed by how thoughtful Ramiro was about what would work best for our situation, and how comprehensive the estimate was in terms of scope and effort involved. Where some others definitely undersold the complexity in a way I didn't believe, his approach in particular made me believe he understood the scope of the project and would do his best to get it done the way we were hoping. Then, amazingly, the team was able to get started the following week, and worked tirelessly to get the project done on schedule. Most importantly though, I appreciated how communicative the crew was with us about our options (such as around register placement), and with how much attention to detail and excellence they showed around small things, such as doing custom work for the return vents to make them look like a natural part of the house. They also made sure they were masked when they came inside, and cleaned up every day at the end of the day, which was very thoughtful. These guys are definitely outstanding, and we'll be recommending them to anyone who has any HVAC related needs.
Romero, Erik, Manny, and Manuel are fantastic. We needed to replace a dying furnace and all our ducts and add an AC unit. We got 5 bids for the job, and though All Fresh wasn't the cheapest, theirs was the best value and smartest design for our home. When the city inspector flagged a few minor issues, Romero addressed them promptly, and our system passed inspection and HERS testing with flying colors. All corners of our house have been pretty much the perfect temperature ever since. You won't be sorry if you go with All Fresh for your heating and air conditioning needs, regardless of how small or large the job might be.
Romero did a fantastic job taking care of us. It was very obvious that he wanted to make us happy and do a great job. Really enjoyed our experience.
All Fresh Temp is highly recommended. My Heater gave out, All Fresh temp was quick to stop by ( on time!) and give me the full diagnostic. Had to replace my heater. All Fresh temp was quick to replace it, even after realizing my attic crawl space hole was too small, they were able to cut it out further to take the old unit out. All very professional . Plus their covid protocols are spot on, always had masks on and clean. The replaced the unit in 1 day and the price was reasonable. ( lower than other company I inquired on).
All Fresh Temp provided a very fast respond to my service request. After calling, the technicians were on site within an hour fixing my furnace. The technicians were very courteous and provided a detailed explanation of my furnace problems. The response I received in my desperate time leads me to recommend All Fresh Temp for your furnace service.

All Fresh Temp offers a great customer service. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the installation. The technicians were wearing shoe covers when working. I contacted 3 other companies and All Fresh Temp offered me the best price. They arrived on time and were very professional. Ramiro is a very knowledgeable technician. The furnace they installed is working perfectly and they even offered me to come on a cold Sunday to do the installation
Ramiro with All Fresh Temp has always taken such good care of us and our HVAC. He responds fast, always punctual and helpful and takes the time to explain to me whats going on. Their prices are very fair. I won't use anyone else!
11/19 Update: When we went to get in the attic for holiday decorations, we found All Fresh workers had installed a duct that completely blocked access to the attic and significantly disturbed existing insulation and plywood without returning to the original condition. We contacted All Fresh which said they would remedy the situation. Despite numerous follow up calls, they have not. See posted photo. -------------------------------- All Fresh Temp recently replaced our old furnace and added air conditioning. In addition they replaced the maze of old duct work. Carollino and Jaime were our technicians. They were polite and knowledgeable. They spread cloth on the floor and cleaned up after their work. Before leaving, they fixed a minor issue and made sure we were satisfied with the work they performed. A small area for improvement would be on communication-we needed to follow up to confirm arrival times.
Thank you All Fresh Temp. I highly recommend this company. Cold season started and I have a newborn baby. I called them to get a second opinion on our 36 years old furnace and to compare price with the first company I called. They not only gave me a better quote but their work was excellent fast and clean. They even considered what was needed for my home. I highly recommend them. They will be my first choice in the future for my Air Conditioning needs
Ramiro and his team are extremely thorough with their work and take pride. Ramiro gave me options for my home and gave me his honest opinion on the different types of HVACs out there. After seeing their finished work, I decided to use them for my business as well. It's hard to find people like Ramiro, Javier, Jaime, and the rest of the team.

We are a used car dealership in San Jose , Ca . Well when we first opened our offices in 2010 We called All Fresh Temp for our A C Unit install , So with our purchase came a 10 year warranty ( Which honestly i expected to get the runaround ) Complete opposite experience ! After 9 Years My system was having a difficulty and i called them and instantly within the next business day there was problem solved and My favorite was the went through with there word NO FEES !!! I want to thank Erik and his partner for an amazing job !
