We have a gas heating system a couple of weeks ago although the blower still worked the heating did not. I called AAA furnace and their service tech quickly identified the problem. Birds had "occupied" the exhaust dusting, thus reducing the airflow into the system. AAA sent out a service team cleaned the ducting and serviced the HVAC system. All of the AAA team members were very professional and we are very pleased with their service. Clearly, we will use this company for all future HVAC and A/C system work.

We live in Willow Glen, and we’ve used AAA Furnace & AC for about 10 years and subscribed to their maintenance plan for five years. When people around the neighborhood see their red truck, they often ask how we like their service. Our answer: we like them a lot. Here’s a long story, but good example of why AAA Furnace remains our first choice. Our 20-year old furnace went out during the cold snap late last December and AAA’s response was terrific. Forest, our service technician, said the thermostatic gas control valve had failed and needed replacement. These things have a bad habit of happening at inopportune times, and this occurred just before Christmas — of course! This complicated ordering and shipping the replacement part. It ultimately took 11 days and we had to huddle around space heaters while we waited. I am not a patient guy, so I called quite a few times for status. Given the volume of holiday gift and return shipping, it really wasn’t a practical request and I’m sure the office and our technician must’ve gotten tired of my calls. But to the credit of AAA people, they were ALWAYS patient and pleasant, assuring me that the order had been placed and the part was on its way. Eventually, the valve did come and was installed shortly thereafter. As you might expect with an older furnace, we had problems that caused outages and need for manual re-starts. AAA sent out another technician who did all sorts of testing and was not able to reproduce the problem, but the furnace still went out periodically. We were told that we might need a new furnace — although having to buy one was an unpleasant possibility, I wanted a dependable solution, so I called the owner of AAA to voice my concern. Like ALL of the AAA staff, Jim was very pleasant. He said he’d call Forest, our main tech, to to see if they could solve our problem. Forest then came out, did three hours of diagnosis and testing and said he thought he might have found the problem and fixed it. I asked for the

Great service, and very professional service by technician. Needed to replace fried circuit board in furnace, and tech reviewed all possible alternatives, including DIY. Very knowledgeable, and honest appraisal. Highly recommended.

I called for service as I was freezing. The service tech (Jim M.) was great. He found squirrels nesting. What a mess and it was all taken care of in one call. Marissa who answered the phone was fantastic!

We’ve been very pleased with AAA Furnace for 4 years now. After full vent and duct cleaning, we now schedule yearly check for air conditioner and heaters. Brian was the technician this year. He was fantastic. Very professional, calm and confident and gave solid recommendations and suggestions on a few issues.

replaced gas valve in furnace cost me $970.00 (just a gas valve) $178.00 for labor and $792.00 for the gas valve. Do you think this is reasonable? you will be the judge.

Though my appointment has not yet occurred, I’m already impressed by their accommodating customer service. Toni responded to my text inquiry promptly, professionally, and she was more than happy to reach out to my tenant to schedule service. I appreciated the convenience of the text feature, as I’m frequently not able to answer my phone. I’ll update the review after the service occurs, but if their techs are anything like their cs reps, I’m certain I’ll be satisfied.

AAA Furnace & Air Conditioning went above and beyond with respect to their work of installing a new air conditioning and heating system at a reasonable price. The town building inspector who verified that the work was performed correctly per the building permit application thought that AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning did a great job. The work also included changing the routing of the dryer exhaust vent since the this vent must be at least five feet away from the condenser according to building code. They also installed two of the latest Nest thermostats and routed power from the attic. They also routed the condensate drip line underneath the house to an area with good drainage, i.e., dirt. Previously, the line dripped onto concrete pavers next to the house which violates building code due to lack of adequate run-off. Certainly, AAA strived to meet all building code regulations.
