Everything perfect. Great costumer service (Sally was great in understanding our needs and trying to get the best fit for us!) The while team put a lot of attention in the details and leaving the work area tidy and clean. They were also fast responding to some concern after the installation and address the issue promptly.
They did an amazing Job! The got everything replaced in 2 days and they were very quick and hardworking with everything. We got our inspections done and it passed easily and not to mention now we have AC that actually gets cold in minutes! I would definitely recommend! Great Job Guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Alma & Family ♥️

Great service! Adrian went over and beyond to get our upgraded Zone regulator working right. Very patient to go over all the issues we had and how they were fixed.
A1 should be fixing our zone board and talked us into taking membership with them for expedited service but they are just incompetent in their job and haven't followed up with us since three weeks. Their "representative" has been saying she will follow up since a week but coming up with excuses daily. Will definitely NOT recommend them.

They promise maintenace on installed systems and do NOT FOLLOW TJROUGH. THEY OVERCHARGE ALREADY AND MAKE EMPTY PROMISES per my church Calvary from Echoes in Salinas they hounded them for payment and do not satisfy customers This church went elsewhere when they needed service
My gas furnace stopped working and Danny was able to diagnose the initial problem to a bad control board and once that was replaced, found the problem to be with the gas valve. Once these issues were addressed the gas furnace is working again. Highly recommend Danny for his professionalism and expertise and also A-1 Heating and Cooling for being responsive and helpful whenever I called.
Robert came by and was professional and provided tons of insights. When making these choices, you want a good team. Would recommend folks consider A-1 for quotes

I work for a boutique real estate company and A-1 Heating & Cooling we’re fast, thorough, and transparent throughout the estimate process. Sally provided multiple quotes for different furnace models that were extremely helpful for our clients. We stressed their efficiency and are hoping the new owners use A-1’s services. We will definitely be using them again!
