No personality. They turn away business as others have stated. All three guys in the warehouse stand behind the counter not acknowledging you. Waste of time.

Technician not helpful and turn away business. Business can be better by being customer oriented not with order by order.
Create customer service
As its name implies, this is a specialty warehouse that caters to professionals in the HVAC industry. As such, their bread and butter comes from commercial accounts. This accounts have a special tiered discount on parts and supplies depending on how much business they give to them, (hint: the more you spend, the better price you get). For that reason, Both Joe homeowner and Becky Homeckey (you know who you are) would have a hard time getting used to the dynamics of this crazy place, I’m not saying you wouldn’t get help, just be prepared to wait for an available account specialist to get to you. Other than that, service to professionals is spot on.
Great place to get varieties of HVAC parts or supply
