This company was assigned from SDG&E from a program to save energy. Supposedly they fix things that are related to gas and energy. I had a minor issue with a water heater, not big deal. We had been using it like that for 2 years. The technician who came, disconnected it for "safety reasons", which i know those are his orders. Now that is not the problem. The problem is that this company doesnt fix that. So they were going to pass it to another 3rd party company and it took several of day for that process, and only cause I pushed them to do paper work to pass it on to the next company. I called and spoke to a manager in synergy and he explained that they couldn't do anything and washed his hand and said you have to wait. He didn't even care that we hadn't had hot water for 5 days. He was very mellow on the phone, probably rolling his eyes on the phone. I encourage any body out there having issues with Synergy company in San Diego to write a review. Maybe that way they'll be more caring and efficient. Synergy, I hope you change your treatment and take more responsibility!
