Vlad thank you man your team is great.
Found them on Thumbtack and I am a returning customer (got 2 jobs done by them already). For the 3rd job, it was brand new heat pump and AC system installation. Trevor made the process so smooth and was very diligent in following up and finding the right system that fit in the physical dimension restrictions I had in my backyard. Trevor also made sure the system indeed qualified for Tax credits on heat pump systems. I highly recommend the company.

The representative was on time and knowledgeable. The technician explained what was broken and showed me. The technician helped me make an informed decision and the cost to replace my furnace was reasonable and completed when promised. The assistance with the permit promise was very helpful.
Vlad came to investigate a noisy condenser, and low flow air. He didn't have the right sized ladder, but went out of his way to find where/how he could access the roof. He did and couldn't find any issues, nor did the system make any noises. I will keep an eye and an ear on the system, but will make sure Vlad is the technician that comes for service! He was very honest, very helpful and trustworthy. He also showed me how to install my new thermostat myself!
We use a warranty company and I have to say, Stable Temp HVAC was the only one to respond and assist our thermostat repair. We will be using them shortly to replace our thermostat out of pocket! Thank you!

Excellent communication using text messages to confirm appointments. Techs did a great job installing a unit on the roof. They included the size of the replacement filter by writing it on the unit. This will be helpful in the future. What a great idea!
