Dmitrii has a wealth of knowledge & takes the time to make sure you understand your new appliance. He installed a dryer propane conversion in record time. He’s great with animals, kind and courteous with humans. 100% recommend SpeedMates!
I would definitely recommend this company. They are responsive and we’re able to schedule the service appointment quickly. And after the repair when the ice maker was not working, which was not the initial problem, they came back out and fixed it with no questions asked.
Technician Dmitri Borisovith is very polite, honest, on time, organized on his task/evaluation, & gave us his professional & wise advice on the issues we have with our freezer. Tim who I initially talked to set-up this same day appointment was very polite & got a technician scheduled within less than 30 minutes today (Saturday). Dimitri was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on time, explained things thoroughly and was altogether great! He also gave me tips on how to clean and maintain my washer and dryer. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with appliance repair. He was also very neat and organized- cleaned up everything before he left.
My fridge stopped working but my freezer still did. The cause was the condensator was frozen (self diagnosed). The problem is you have to dismantle the freezer to get to it and thaw it manually so I called them. I told the guy but he said he had to diagnose the issue first. He did and said the sensor needed to be replaced as well as the circuit board. I knew the circuit board was less than $30.00 and took less than 15 minutes to replace having done this myself once before. The tech said the part was $157.00!!! I told him the part was only $27 and I would get it myself. The sensor is really only worth a couple of bucks. HE gave me an estimate of $500.00, almost all labor. I still had him do it thinking it would take at least 5 or 6 hours for the job. Well it took 90 minutes total!!! So I asked him how much it was and he said $500.00???? Wow 1.5 hours for $500.00! Nuts but what could I do? In the bill he charged $150.00 to replace the circuit board I provided and which takes less than 15 minutes to replace, that's more than $10 a MINUTE. So bottom line is they charged me the equivalent of over $330.00 an hour. So if you have money to burn give them a call otherwise look elsewhere!
The techinician was polite and very knowledgeable. Our dryer is working again. Good job. I just referred them to my friends who are having washer issue.

Sent them a note with make and model. They came to my place and then called Kenmore to tell me they have no parts and charged me $85. Literally did zero work and made a phone call that could've been made without me missing 2 hours of work to let him in to see the model number I sent him in the first place.
