The techs were quick however when I called them and fully explaining the situation THEY GAVE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRICE which increased 100% when the techs arrived. After disagreeing with the price the told me maybe I should shop around first. I explained that I walked through the entire situation with the customer service rep when I received the price and took the whole afternoon off to be here for it. Another bait and hook company! IF YOU BROWSE THE REVIEWS THIS HAPPENS OFTEN WITH THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY TO WOMEN!
I was UP SOLD and feel ripped off! I was told it was going to be $108 to come and clean the vent duct on my dryer. I asked the lady several time when making the appointment what would cause it to be more, and she assured me that if the place where the vent exited the house was on above my head that would be the cost. When the man arrived he was there for over an hour " assessing" the ducting and he called and said "it was very dirty". he even sent pictures....then when it came time to do the work which took all of about 15 min., he called back and I was told it was going to be $233.00 more than double the price that I was quoted on the phone because it was full of lint. Well that is why I called them in the first place, to clean out the lint. DONT use this company !! There ad says clean 8 vents for $99. I wouldn't have minded paying $108 or even $130...but more than double...Really ...ripped off and ticked off in SD
i called them to clean my sofa and was given a price of 169.99 when they came to clean it they told me it was gonna be 229.00 because they had to spray an enzyme on it and then they had a 9.00 fee for gas etc. then they tried to sell me a carpet cleaning and a duct cleaning . they then told me they should spray a scotch guard on it for an adddl 50.00. I will never use them again. the rep even told me he would remove the 9.00 fee because they never tell you about the fee on the phone but then he never removed it. what a scam of a company
Israel is very professional and we were very impressed with his time management and his remarkable workmanship and knowledge. For one man to finish our home 2 hours before the time promised even with a last minute add on...incredible!! No one but Israel for us from now on!!!!
The technician, Rojelio Martinez was very nice and professional. He did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. My carpeting is 12 years old, but he was able to get the dirt out and I was very happy with the results. I have used Sears CAapet cleaning for several years now.
Sears is always professional and thorough. They usually send 2 employees to clean, so it gets done fast. They guarantee their work and came back to re-clean my family room because some stains reappeared. I only use Sears.
Roger is the BEST service technician I've encountered in many, many years. In addition, he's a miracle worker with carpet cleaning/stain removal. Thank you Roger!
Very nice job with cleaning. Unfortunately I was not at home when the carpets were cleaned. We had agreed on a service and price before they arrived but in my absence they told my wife that we needed an enzyme treatment which increased the cost by over 50 percent. I should have briefed my wife ahead of time so my bad. Still I’m disappointed that this happened.
Sears is a good value. The carpets look great. Roger was professional. He called to let me know what time he would arrive, then he was on time.
I recently had my Travertine and carpet cleaned, which I do every 6 months. I've had this franchisee do this for several years now. Israel came this time, and he is incredible. The appointment folks really know the business and are helpful and pleasant. The on-site people are always very polite, on-time, interested in what I say and do a very good job cleaning. I can't recommend them highly enough! (I also had them clean my air ducts!)
Sears carpet cleaning always does a great job. The technicians are professional and courteous. We have used many different companies over the years, but Sears has become our Go To cleaners for our carpets.
Israel and Joseph did an outstanding job with our rug. They were very professional and took the time to explain their process for cleaning and ensure that we were getting the best service. I would recommended this team above any other cleaning service in the San Diego area, I guarantee you will be satisfied!!!
This is the second time we've hired Sears for duct cleaning. After comparing several quotes, they remained the best value just as they were for the first home we owned. They were on time, very nice to us, and did a great cleaning job showing us the before and after picks.
Allen G. and Joseph L. we're very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job of removing many years of accumulated dust and dirt from our vents. Thank you Sears for sending two top-notch techs to clean our vents. We'll be recommending Sears to our friends and neighbors and of course when we need our vents cleaned again, we'll be using Sears.
Jose and Kevin arrived as called to verify the work to be done.. Very courteous of my property, and knowledgeable of their work. Extremely professional and thorough. I had moved all items out that could be damaged; my rooms are open, easy to move large furniture, which were properly replaced as finished. Very satisfied at this time for the courteous manner and quality of the job at hand. First time user, and the price was reasonable/excellent.
THERE IS NOTHIING BAD THAT I CAN SAY ABOUT SEARS CARPET CLEANING!!! Roger & Alejandro did a very thorough job on my carpets. They came out exceptionally clean. My recliner looked brand new again once they finished with it. They were very respectful to me and explained things thoroughly as to what they were going to do. The thing I really appreciated was that there were very careful moving my furniture. THANK YOU ROGELIO & ALEJANDRO, AND THANK YOU SEARS FOR HIRING SUCH GREAT PEOPLE. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!!
We hired Sears to clean our dryer air duct. It was tricky because we have a booster fan that helps to blow the air out from our laundry room, through the garage and out the side of the house. The technicians were very familiar with the setup. They opened up the fan housing, which was in the garage, cleaned out the ducts, reassembled the fan and resealed the ducts with very little mess in the garage (which they cleaned up when they were done). Both technicians were very professional and courteous and I would definitely hire Sears to do this job again.
The Sears Carpet Cleaning team was top notch. From setting the appointment and being punctual to the time slot as scheduled, to keeping me informed as to what was being conducted while in my home. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They were also able to get out many deep/old stains in my carpet from my three dogs and two cats. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to obtain these types of services.
Bernardo was excellent and explained services in detail and suggested some additional services, but he wasn't pushy. He and Alan spent time making sure my carpets looked as nice as possible. I would reccomend.
We had a great experience with this service. Allan and Daniel were both very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous with my family as they cleaned our furnace + air ducts. Would highly recommend.
