Honest and Knowledgeable! Helped me with an issue by telling me how to fix it myself. My wall heater was not turning on most of the time. Turned out I had the wrong Thermostat for the wall heater. I got in touch with the owner and told him about the problem I was having. He told me what I needed to do to fix. Now it works perfect. Super nice of him to do this at no cost. Many would charge big $ for this easy fix. Very impressed that he knew immediately what the issue was!
Mark and his team where amazing!! Called left VM, 10 minute call back...evaluated the problem during a visit same day, explained the resolution quickly and effectively, then executed the fix in a highly cost effective way with even the part in the truck!! Amazingly quick service in the heart of high demand season...I'm going to need a blanket tonight!! Thank you Mark...you number is saved in my phone.

Our repairman, Mike, arrived on time, was very professional, and best of all, used his experience to deduce the problem that dated back 1.5 years ago when the installers left in a drainage plug that they should have removed. The heating system works perfectly now and I highly recommend SD Heating and Air Repair. Mike, our repairman, was exceptional.
Last year, Mark came out to service the air conditioning unit at my work. He was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. I started referring his business to my neighboring businesses, I liked him so much. This year I called them, some time in the beginning of October, and Mike came out. He had trouble locating the a/c unit and ended up leaving without finding it after a couple hours. Said he would have Mark contact me to finish the job, since he was here the year before and would probably remember where to locate it. Two months later, several phone calls and voicemails left with them, and two emails sent to them, I haven't heard a single word from them. What a huge let down. I really wanted to support this locally owned business, and liked Mark. They really need to get someone to at least answer their phone and field customer calls.

I'm an investor and developer here in san diego and have been dealing with MARK for about 2 years now... top notch service and quality.... its rare you meet someone in my field that does exactly what they say they are going to do and doesn't try to renegotiate a higher price somewhere along the way during the job... MARK has been giving me great prices and consistently, for the past 7 jobs I've used him for. he also is very prompt at returning phone calls or troubleshooting his work over the phone or in person even after his job has been completed. IF ANYONE EVER IS THE MARKET FOR HEATING AND AIR, SAVE YOUR YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY AND JUST CALL MARK.
