Knowledgeable and respectful walked into our home with shoe covers and was able to explaine everything he did
Tech "Junior" arrived on-time to perform normal maintenance on my two A/C units. He rates right up there with the all-time great techs I've ever worked with ... and I've seen quite a few. He clearly knows A/Cs ... he's been working on them for 17 years, and really loves what he does, and it shows. He can explain what he sees and the consequences understandably and with real enthusiasm. For the main A/C, there wasn't much issue, but his inspection was thorough. For the smaller A/C, there was lots of trouble, and he laid out all of the issues and alternatives, including possibly buying a whole new unit. Given his expertise and honesty, I had great confidence that he was giving me the straight scoop and that I could make the hard decisions. I wish I had 100 Juniors, but it seems like Junior's working on that, too ... he's training other Same Day techs. It was a real pleasure having him here, and he even took a minute to validate my (lame) thermostat installation. Same Day is a very strong company, and they have solved several hard problems for me. I hope to be able to rely on them (especially Junior) for a long time. I hope you do, too.
I called on a Sunday for a technician to visit the next day 2-4p to diagnose and fix my home HVAC issue. Next day, I delayed going into my evening shift a couple hours to accommodate for the appointment. Come 3:55p, no one has shown up. I call their front office, who tells me there was "nothing scheduled for that day.... oh wait, you ARE on here for 2p." There were apologies and they offered to send a tech to me ASAP or reschedule. I couldn't reschedule because my roomate has two darling huskies that were panting their tails off trying to stay cool. They eventually sent technician Esteban to my home and arrival time was about 5:45p. I have only praises for Esteban: he diligently worked to find the cause of the problem (rodent chewed through a condenser wire) and quickly fixed it. Everything was completed before 8p. However, I'm disappointed in their front office. I lost my shift differential pay for the shift I ended up having to call out of for their mistake. The stars given are only for the tech's professionalism and courtesy. Stars deducted were for the business' poor management of their time and schedule. I do not plan on using this company again in the future.
Thomas explained all the options ( in detail) to repair or replace my HVAC system. He is definitely a professional.

Adrian came out just for a diagnostic of my Ac unit. Have not resolved the issue yet, but he was very explanatory of what it could be and very willing to finish the job. This is my first time using same day heating and im already SOLD! Thank you
Bryant Hernandez and his team did an excellent job installing a split type air-conditioner. The worked non stop for 8 hrs to finish the job con time. Bryant coordinated his team as well as doing hands on work to get done any obstacle he encountered around the house. Uneven ground, bamboo shoots on the way, removing a small fence, anything to get the job done. I highly commend Bryan Hernadez and his team , Gilbert Castañeda, Chris Gomez, Adrian Burow and their manager Jose Heredia. I'm a happy lady and ready for this hot summer!
Justin, our technician, was fabulous. He did a great job and then let us know that all of the work was covered in our 10 year parts and labor warranty. Could not have had a better technician to come service our unit. Thank you, Justin.

Set up appointment 2 weeks ahead , between 11-1. Recieved text technician is running late at 114, and again at 131 that he on his way. Technician Daniel called at 138 saying he was in Ramona about an 1 hour away and once he arrives the job takes about 1.5 hour if i still had room for him to come.. I live by the wild animal park it about 25 mins, but I said to myself maybe he needs to stop by and get something to eat . 315 and still no show. Called him, not even apologetic, so I canceled him realizing by his tone of voice he didn't really want to come..
Great crew. Very attentive to my thoughts. Have great ideas to make the job better! Very knowledgeable and they keep etclean! Very happy customer !
I recommend Same Day Heating & Air and their team. Project technician Aaron McKechnie, lead installers Bryant Hernandez & Willy Tapia along with their technicians Gilbert Castaneda & Moises Corona did a timely and excellent installation of my new HVAC system. They addressed all of my concerns and did a good job of cleaning up during and after the completion.
I recently got a new HVAC system installed in my home by Same Day Heating and Cooling. The design technician, Juan Naranjo, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what system I needed and what it would cost. Moreover, the technicians that installed the new equipment, Samson Serrano and JP, were friendly, professional, and very efficient. I was impressed by their mechanical and carpentry skills. Not only did they assemble and wire everything correctly, they also made a new sturdy base board for my furnace to replace the old rotted plywood board that was previously there. I was also impressed at how efficiently fast they worked, and how they cleaned up very well after they were done working. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thats insterested in purchasing a new HVAC system for their home.
