I had a very positive experience with Renales heating. Elkan was our technician and he did an amazing very professional job installing our new heather and our thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He took the the time to explain and answered all of our questions. Victoria was my first contact with Renales heating and she also was very professional setting up the appointment in a very short time and on time. She also did an excellent job with the set up of the financing. I will highly recommend this company as very reliable and dependable to anyone looking to replace their heather.

I can't say enough good things about Elkan, Aaron and Victoria. They are the only company I called that bother to work with manufacture warranty and the only trusted carrier's dealer (I called at least 10 dealers). Elkan's knowledge and honest really impressed me and I would recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.
We can’t say enough about this company! They absolutely helped us out when we really needed someone fair, trustworthy, honest, and all around dependable. We live in Corona, Ca and these guys came all the way out from San Diego on a hot June day to replace our broken AC. They made sure to put down floor coverings to not mess up our wood floor and carpet (which was just cleaned the day before!). Five of them knocked the job done in a few hours, which was awesome because it was really hot and needed the AC badly! We would definitely recommend them to anyone and we wish them luck with their family owned business. Give them a chance and you wouldn’t regret it. Thank you, Ehly Renales and Crew! You guys are the best!
Renales Heating and Air recently fixed my Carrier Infinity AC, which went down months ago! I have multiple contractors who came for diagnosis, they were either unable to figure out what the problems are or they just recommended for a replacement. When I called Renales, Victoria was able to schedule an appointment for me quickly and Elkan came for diagnosis. Elkan is very knowledgeable and patient, he was able to pinpoint the problem, ordered the parts and fixed the AC! I am very happy about their service and believe they are true professional. Highly recommended!
Elkin, is the service representative, who is very polite and courteous. Elkin, knows his business and he is very proficient. It does not take him long to correct a problem. He actually listens to the customer concerns and needs. In these times great Customer service is needed. Also Victoria is very courteous. She does just what she says she will do. If Victoria tells you she will call you back or seek to get an answer to your question. You better believe that she will call you back. Elkin and Victoria are an asset to Renales Heating and Air.

Fantastic job, and very patient with our HOA’s delay and petty requirements. Basically, this was a relocation of our neighbor’s air con unit from under our window to their’s. Should not have been an issue and a very easy job. But it took the HoA over 12 months, after we first contacted Renales to do the work, to issue a permit - the unit is in the garden not attached! Renales complied with each HoA condition added without a complaint. Amazing. Thank you, Renales.

Scheduling was tight but they made it work.
Made my service appointment last Friday for an AC service repair. Ecklan showed up on schedule and went straight to troubleshooting my unit. He found the problem was the capacitor and went right ahead to replace it. He also recommended the installation of compressor saver which I acknowledged right away. A few minutes later there we got our cool air back! Renales Heating & Air are a true professional. Highly recommended!
Renales gave me the best quote and were able to book me in a timely and efficient manner.I had a slender state of the anrt unit put in and it has been effecient in cooling my house faster and more efficiently. The technicians installed new duct coils and I can feel the difference in the flow of air throughout every room. The install was done in a little over half days work. The guys quickly got the job done and were professional throughout the whole process. My home is now back to being at a desirable temperature.
