Heating unit wasnt getting as hot as it used to. Its been really cold lately so we needed to get it working good again. Reached out and spoke with Chris, was able to go through different scenarios of the problem (prior to the consultation) and talk about cost if it turned out to be certain things. Luckily it wasnt anything that was a crazy major project. Reliable Standard did a great job and got the heater up and burnin in no time.

Great experience working with Chris and Alex from Reliable. We replaced both our heating and AC systems for our home with them. I was being a little difficult as I wanted the ac unit placed in a very specific location.. but they were very accommodating and they got everything installed to the way I wanted it.

Chris is honest and straightforward. My furnace is down and the first company I called said the problem is inducer motor which is out of warranty. I called Reliable for a second opionion. Chris came out the same day I called and pointed out the issue of the heat exchanger which has 20 year warranty.He asked me to contact a Carrier's dealer to replace it for free. I'm still working on it now but I'm pretty sure I'm on the right track with Chris' guide!
Reliable replaced my furnace for me last week. From start to finish everything was very professional and completed quickly. They definitely know their stuff.
I was referred to Reliable by a friend who had used them in the past. Our furnace is about 30 years old and has been giving us issues recently. It finally stopped working after a cold night. Alex came out the same day and tried his best to revive it, but it was too far gone. We had Reliable install a new unit into the attic the next day. The installation process was easy and we're very happy with how everything turned out.
Last week we had an issue with our heater, it wasn't turning on, only cold air was blowing inside the house. We called 3 different contractors and two of them told us that we needed to replace it immediately. Chris and alex from Reliable came and fixed it in about 20 minutes, they told us it was a stuck pressure sensor. Highly recommended.

If you're looking for amazing ac service, then you need to go with reliable standard. They really go above and beyond for their customers. They kept me updated throughout the day with texts, and they even gave me some maintenance tips before they left. Plus, they were great with my dogs. I couldn't have ask for more!

Recently, we experienced a brutal heatwave, and Reliable came through for us big time. On our older ac unit, they replaced a capacitor and another component, and after that, everything began to function once again. They also provided us with maintenance advice for our apartment. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable and competent.
