They did excellent work in a timely fashion
Had progressive install my new system in 2019 and whenever I needed maintenance or service always came out within a couple business days always professional and they always remember my dog. Great pricing and great service
Initially when they installed my new heater and then last year my A/C they were great. But now they seem to be a bit unresponsive. We've given this company lots of our hard earned money and as a repeat customer one would think they would be more responsive. Had issues last week with my A/C that isn't even a year old. Called about the issue on Thursday and was told that i would get a call back, never received a call. Called them back on Friday and received a call back from their scheduling technician, only to be told that they were unavailable until middle of this week. I ended up having to use one of their competitors in order to get my A/C on line again. And now this company has a customer who will be calling anytime a need pops up with my HVAC system. In a nutshell, I won't be dialing their number again any time soon.
If I could give Progressive 10 stars I would. They came out to replace my moms old unit and were professional and courteous. This year we had a roof leak and had to make sure that everything was ok with the unit. They came out and helped us make sure everything was safe and sealed (something they didn't have to do). If you are shopping around for a great HVAC company you just found it, stop and hire Progressive to the work done.
We have used Progressive heating and air on two separate occasions - one for installing central AC and redoing all the duct work and the second time for installing a mini-split system. They are wonderful to work with and I will keep using them in the future. Steve was quick with the quote and advised us well for what we needed. Their turn around time is fantastic and Lot and William were so nice, respectful, and did a wonderful job with the installation. Highly recommend!
This is the 2nd time Steve has been to our house and helped us with repairs.I could not be happier with the customer service and the amount of explaining that he does to make sure we understand what the problem is and how to fix ourselves down-the-line if need be. He cares about the customer and not just the sale. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company and will gladly continue using them :)
I contacted Progressive Heating and Air for a quote to replace my central system AC with a heat pump. Steve, the operations manager came out and looked over my existing system and gave me several options for replacing / upgrading to a heat pump. We chose a 3 zone mini split system. Lot, William and Alanzo arrived less than a week after approving the estimate. They treated my house as if it were their own and did great work. Lot is a great technician, i am very impressed with the quality of workmanship. Very happy customer. Oh the price was very good as well.
Hello All HVAC Service Searchers, Look no further this is the company to work with on what ever your project consist of. I called them for a botched Mini-split system install. James and Micheal came out right on time but prior to the appointment called out to me to confirm what was involved in my situation. Upon arrival they were super personable and I felt like I was talking to a couple of friends that were here to help me out. They looked at my AC unit and trouble shot the issue in minutes. They gave me a total education on how the system should work and gave me great tips on making the system last trouble free for years into the future. I highly recommend the company for the prompt, very professional and honest service they provide.

Steve came to our home on Monday and checked our unit and we knew it needed replacing and he confirmed. Got on a conference call with Adrian to answer our questions and their service was excellent! Ron and Jesus showed up early Wednesday morning and began the removal of old furnace and installation of the new one. They were both professional and courteous. By 1:30 the same day we had heat. This company met all our needs and did the job fast! I would highly recommend them for to anyone who needs HVAV services.
We’ve lived in our condo 2 years and while we have replaced our filters, we had not had it serviced. During the heat wave we had it serviced by a competitor which one of our neighbors recommended. During maintenance, they found a small leak in our AC unit. Since it is 20 years old we also asked for a quote for a new AC. We wanted some additional quotes for comparison and found Progressive on Yelp. Boy were they awesome! They were very responsive when I asked for a quote and came out the next day. Steve, the Operations, Manager, was the one that came to inspect our unit and provide the quote. He was timely, knowledgeable and spent extra time to educate us on what needed fixing (our duct was bent which restricted airflow) along with providing a second alternative to the existing size unit we had. That alternative was a slightly smaller unit, which was fine for our square footage, but offered a 10-year warranty on parts rather than 18 months for the existing size. Not to mention they were cheaper than the competitor. Fast forward a day (Saturday during Labor Day weekend), and our AC unit went out! Our condo skyrocketed to 88+ degrees. We asked if someone could come out and complete a ‘temporary’ fix until we got a new unit. Steve immediately called us back and was very honest and indicated that no one would be able to complete a temporary fix which saved us the cost of a weekend repair. We immediately decided to go with Progressive for Steve’s honesty, professionalism and prompt responses. We were scheduled for Sept 15th but asked if they could bump us up sooner if anyone canceled. Low and behold, Sept 12th Steve called at 8:30 am to indicate they could come that day. That was a huge relief. Two workers were here and did a great job. We HIGHLY recommend Progressive and will be recommending them to our neighbors when they need any maintenance, new quote, etc. regarding heating or AC! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!!
From the moment that I met Adrian & Steve , I knew I would be in good hands. I opened my first Storefront in Oceanside Blessed & Boujee Boutique our encounter with Progressive Heating & Air was exceptionally professional. I hired this amazing company for my commercial space they were on time and within my budget. Steve is the best he truly cares and took the stress off my shoulders he walked me through the process educated me and was direct & transparent with all the details of what needed to be done Every step of the way. Not too long after my storefront project was completed. I started having issues with my residential A/C unit. They took on my project ASAP from the initial discussion of my home A/C not working,to getting on the schedule with in Ample time. Our A/C unit was up & working with in a couple of hours. We bought a money pit of a home that has night mare duct work. Followed up with an amazing quote & exceptional service to follow we decided to continue with Progressive Heating and air for the residential side . So happy we did! I strongly recommend this local company We were given top notch service by Steve & Adrian on the Commercial & Residential end. This company is truly amazing and I’m so Grateful I found them !
Thank you for the amazing work! Our 17-year old unit died 2 years after we purchased our condo. Steve did our initial call and determined that we needed a new unit. The guys arrived 2 days later and got to work. They were very courteous, professional and left our home spotless when they left. David, Ron, Jesus and William were an awesome team and our home feels cool again. Thank you for taking such great care of our home!!
No show, and still have the audacity to claim they showed up and charge me, and now that i need to contact them they are not available. Keep an eye out for this Customer Beware
We had our HVAC system replaced. Our old one was started to give us a lot of problems, especially in the summer months when we needed it the most. Lot, David and William arrived at the house early and started to get to work right away. They disposed of the old HVAC unit and left the area very clean. David was respectful when he entered the house. He put on shoe covers. He explained how to use the thermostat. We received a touchscreen thermostat that connects to Wi-Fi.
These guys are AWESOME - what a great group of professionals! In 2021 we needed a company to come out and take a peek at our server room AC unit. Being use for a good 10+ years (and a workhorse running 24/7), we just couldn't remember who did the install. We did call around for multiple quotes for what it costs to just come out and diagnose, and these guys and gals, hands down, had the most competitive pricing in the area. They came out & not only diagnosed but serviced the unit at an affordable un-gouging price and with full transparency that this unit was coming to end of life. Fast forward to April 2022, that same unit entirely crapped out on us. Made a call to Progressive, had Steve come out and diagnose quickly (tearing apart the unit on the roof, taking pictures, explaining the whats and the whys, and having his office send a quote to my email in-real-time while he was here to address questions). We did need a full replacement of the system. I approved it on Tuesday (yesterday) and the unit is already installed and running - that was less than a 24-hr turn around from approval to completed work! We had a great team this morning - David, Lot, and Willian - making it happen to minimal disruption to business. We didn't even have to power down one server or system in the immediate area!. The Progressive team made this replacement easy every single step of the way. Each team member was extremely nice & professional. Progressive has proven to be a provider of RIDICULOUSLY timely & affordable service! Thank you to the team for making my work life that much easier!
The people who did the a/c install couldn't have been more friendly and professional. They had to come several times because we have a large house so they wanted to make sure we had all of the cooling and heating vents we needed. They even cleaned out the attic that had various parts from the old a/c. We couldn't be happier with our a/c. It is energy efficient and even though we ran it all summer our electric bill barely increased. Progressive even came back after we had the system for a year and gave us a free tune up. I would recommend Progressive Air without hesitation.
I found their service tech to be extremely shady. He tried to watch over my shoulder while I click the accept service and sign contract. I told him to leave me house and not come back. Now I get marketing calls every week for a free tune up of my heater, installed by a different company. Its obviously another ploy to get someone in sales in my home. I wish I had never contacted this company.
Steve Willmore completed a system tune up today and I was so grateful for all the education he provided. He was very personable and professional.
Carl from Progressive was extremely friendly, communicative, and professional. I had a difficult furnace issue and he was able to resolve it for me. He went above and beyond to help me. I am very grateful!
