The receiving guys are very professional
Pacific Rim has been maintaining my facilities for over 15 years ( and kept us compliant ) and I recommend them to every company in the southern California area to use them on all of their facility equipment needs.
15 years in the industry and former employee. Some divisions are great like the process division. They do great work. There is a disconnect between supervision and staff that allows the employees to act very unprofessional. I left the company strictly based on professionalism. Grown men making comments about there private parts is not professional. I will not tolerate such behavior.
I can tell you this. They live to their slogan. Always do the right thing!! My windshield was hit by a piece of debris form their vehicle while driving down the highway, ( life happens), they stopped, got my information, contacted the windshield experts, sent someone out and paid for it. Honest people with a good heart. Impressed by their business and employees. God bless
