I have nothing but good things to share about Ideal. Heating units and be a headache for my property. But they take the headache away. From install to maintenance they are easy to work with. Service techs are professional in appearance, procedure, and communication. Seriously- stop looking. Call them today.
We had a unit installed that heats and cools the house. Everyone we dealt with at Ideal Plumbing was friendly and knowledgeable. The crew members were very careful with our house and property and went out of their way to satisfy our requests. With competitive pricing and good attitudes, we just found our new provider for all future plumbing needs.
Extremely professional and expert installation. Project was difficult due to configuration of air flow system but Phil and Hassan worked through the puzzle and did a fantastic job.

I would like to thank you for sending Tanner to do my plumbing repairs. He did an excellent job. Tanner is the whole package. A hard worker, reliable, a technical expert, great communicator, and very personable. He was here from 9 to 5:45 working and taking only a 45 minute lunch break. He kept me informed of what he was doing. He coordinated with the neighbor when installing the drain tube that when in her yard. He talked on the phone to my insurance adjuster answering all his questions. And when he finished the job he showed me all his work and explained it in plain terms I could understand. He showed me the shut off valves and how easy they were for me to use. The new pipe he installed went thru the attic storage room. It was tucked tight to the wall, wrapped in insulation and anchored neatly. It looked really nice. The access hole he put in the wall behind the shower head had a nice looking cover over it. Even the water heater in the closet looked clean and neat. I was very pleased with how good everything looked. He paid attention to the smallest detail. He also seemed proud of the job he did. Rightly so. He took about ½ to do the paperwork (his least favorite part of the job- ha ha). Then showed it to me and explained. He had taken pictures that were attached. I was impressed that he did it before he left. It was like the bow on the finished package.
Richard was very responsive and professional. He quickly found the leak in the wall and had it fixed very quickly. I was very impressed with his technical competence and professionalism. I would highly recommend Ideal to my friends and neighbors.
I have used Ideal Plumbing for my business and home repairs of HVAC and I am impressed by their attentiveness and attention to my concerns. In addition to installing a brand new York 3 ton air conditioning and gas furnace, Ideal's installation crew had to remove the 45 year old systems and a lot of flexible duct in a tight attic. They did an amazing job start to finish. They showed up on time each day, and put runners down to keep rugs and floors clean in the house. They were quiet, respectful, and knew exactly what to do with almost no direction from the homeowner ( me). Part of the smoothness of the execution was due to the fact that the manager spent significant time studying the project prior to developing the quotation. Secondly, he came back and spent a significant amount of time with the field supervisor a few days prior to installation to develop a plan of attack including the major work phases, the order of execution, and time estimates for all tasks. It was a truly complex project beginning with the removal of the existing system followed by the installation of a complete new furnace / A/C system, new controls, new, and much larger condenser, new and much larger flexible ducts in the attic space, and all of the electrical and fluid circuits involved. Although Ideal fields a team that has done this type of work many times before, they do not skimp on the pre installation planning which makes the execution much more efficient. On top of that, they exhibited deep "on the fly" craftsmanship when changing the routing to the new, much larger 18" flex ducts in a very limited attic space, as well as connecting them to registers in 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a hallway. This included sealing all the connections to assure conditioned air is contained under pressure and insulated all the way from the air handler to the registers ...no leaks! The 4th day in the afternoon, right on schedule, they were testing the system operating performance, setting up the smart thermostat, replacing the attic access door, cleaning up and taking care of the many finishing details. They were pleasant and responsive from the initial phone call and were able to schedule us the next day. The repair person was easy to talk to and was thankful for the troubleshooting I’d already done, which let him skip about 1/2 hour of startup work. He had all the parts and tools on hand and had us up in running in no time. The fee was appropriate and we’ll worth it. Highly recommended.
Ideal Plumbing is outstanding. After I submitted a note for help online, a principal was on the phone to me in a couple minutes. He diagnosed the problem, confirmed after the crew arrived promptly. They fixed it right away. The fee was reasonable, even cheap considering the damage that could have resulted if I had ignored that hissing sound that came from a hot water line under the house. The service tech, Abe, was professional, courteous and did a great job. He answered any questions I had and I will not hesitate in calling Ideal for any future work including potential remodeling! Great work!
I recently found myself needing to replace my HVAC system at my home. I called three companies to bid the job and did my due diligence research on the equipment each company was installing. By far Ideal plumbing was the most responsive and knowlegible on the subject. When I called with questions Cheryl was able to answer or get the answer and she wasn't reading off a script like one of the companies. Dan was my estimator and was very personable and custom built my unit to my very specicic needs. Phil and Catalino showed up when promised and both were very tollerant of my oversight and constant questions. They estimated 2.5 days and finished on schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high quality high performance HVAC system.

This is our second time (new house) having Dustin come install a tankless water heater. We had such a great experience with Ideal the first time we knew we wanted them for the job this time around. Dustin has an incredible attention to detail and really goes above and beyond. Love that they have multiple people in the office working on scheduling and making sure we’re all on the same page and on time. Highly recommend!

I have been using Ideal exclusively for my heating, A/C, plumbing and AC/heating preventive maintenance for at least 15 years. It's a family owned business, which I really like. They are extremely professional, always on time and responsive to emergencies. All their people are employees; no contract workers. I have never had to call back for a "re-do." And they have been extremely cautious during COVID. I recommend them highly.
Had a slab leak, called Ideal at 9am and someone was at my house by 10:30. We had already had no water for 2 days waiting for another plumber to come. The leak was fixed without the need to jack hammer a hole in the slab and the repair was done quickly and looks nice. I also had the guys that were working on my issue put in a new house shut off valve, hose bib, and also add another 3/4" shut off valve for potential future uses. Will definitely use Ideal in the future if the need arises!
Ideal replaced the fan motor on our AC unit. Seems basic until you realize our AC is 34 years old. As a bonus they did it at less than half the original estimate when other estimates were 20 times higher.
Ideal Plumbing recently replaced our obsolete and leaking water main. They initially set up temporary service to our house so we would not be without water. While they where replacing the main supply line. The workers were very neat and did not butcher the lawn even though they had to dig right through the middle of it. It's nice not having to clean up after a contractor. 5 stars to Joe V for his communication throughout the whole process.
Joel did a fantastic job installing our new water heater. He cleaned up my garage better than when he left ! We would definitely reach back out to this company
