This was my first annual maintenance for my mini -split system and what a good experience it was. Dave was on time, explained the process and was very patient with my questions. From shoe coverings to explanations, Dave provided excellent service.

We were pleased to meet Zac Eby with Guthrie and Sons to discuss our heating and air conditioning needs. He was very thorough and highly knowledgeable, and answered all of our numerous questions patiently. He presented us with a proposal, walked us through the process, and described how the finished product would look in and on our home. Shortly thereafter we were delighted to meet the installation team of Kareen, Eduardo, Alerik and Jay. These men truly are a team and performed the install in a highly professional manner exactly how Zak had described it. In fact, Kareen and team made suggestions that actually improved upon the plan. This team worked together in a cheerful manner and we enjoyed having them in and around our home. Even our grumpy dog Teddy liked them! We are enjoying our chilly home and will highly recommend Guthrie and Sons and their entire staff. Thank you
We used Guthrie for our heater installation 9 years ago, and referred them to a family member as well. We just now decided to get Air Conditioning installed and our first call was to them because our prior experience was so positive. Our salesman Zac spent a lot of time answering our questions (we had a lot) and we never felt pressured. After we made the decision to go forward, we were able to get it installed right away. The crew of 3; Alerik, Cristian, and Jair were professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant gentleman to be around. They kept us informed and made recommendations all along the way. When they noticed some things we had that were aged or not functioning as they should, they fixed it all up without extra charge so that the installation would go smoothly. If you want superior quality of work and equipment, and professional installation, Guthrie and Sons should be your first choice. Very satisfied.
It was a pleasure to be dealing with a true professional who knew his job well. He was efficient and well versed in the subject of HAVC systems as well as being a very responsive and very nice individual.

Was a pleasure to have Dave come out and inspect my AC and explain yearly service plan. He answered all of my questions and was extremely professional.
AC and furnace replacement plus new duct work. Everyone was easy to work with. Installers Kareen and Eduardo were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very responsive to my questions. Highly recommend.
Zach came out to do our pre-paid service on the A/C (perfect timing as summer approaches. He said if the filter needed changing, it was $35.00, but told me "if you're comfortable with climbing into the attic you can get them Two-for-$35.00 on Amazon" That told me that Guthrie is not just a money-generating machine... they care about me and what's best for me. Then he took out the filter, only 6 months old, and said it was fine. He took a video of how to remove and replace the filter and showed it to me on his phone. Yep, this was a happy service call.
The team from Guthrie & Sons removed our houses's old heating and A/C system and installed a new heat pump system. They arrived on time and finished a little earlier than estimated, and left the house in very good shape. Before starting, Kareen, the team leader, explained everything they were going to do, and afterwards he went through the list again and showed me the ins and outs of the new equipment. It's too early to say how the system will work out, but I'm quite happy with the experience we had with the installation and with our initial consultation.
Zach showed up as scheduled and professionally serviced my AC as per my service contract. Not only did he do the service, he took it upon himself to hose off my unit and the surrounding area and volunteered to help me fold and stow the winter cover he removed in order to perform the service.
Zack has been our maintenance technician for several years from Guthrie Heating and Air. He, and other technicians have been friendly, professional and informative. They recently installed a new system. We’re very happy with this company.
