Chris was fantastic. I would recommend Friars highly. I called them and made an appointment for the next day. That was great, but Chris was able to come the same day! I had a new thermostat installed by another company but I was unable to figure out why it would get hotter when I turned on the air conditioner. Chris was able to diagnose the wiring problem and resolve the problem the same day. It wasn’t a cheap fix but it was discounted and most importantly it was done right.
They installed a mini split and did a fabulous job They were friendly and extremely capable. They even repaired on their own the attic opening that has been damaged for years Definitely use this company D Jedlicka

My landlord arranged for Friars come to the condo we rent, for a service check up on the AC. The technician Chris was very professional and friendly, and he found some minor fixes due to age of the unit. He explained the issues professionally and easy to understand and was authorized do the work right away. The unit is good to go for the hot summer ahead

I was very happy with the service I received. I got 3 quotes to replace my 26 year old AC. My advisor Carlos was awesome and they installation team was able to get the AC installed next day. Awesome ! Highly recommended for anyone in Chula Vista looking for AC replacement.

It’s always a good experience with Friar’s Heating and Air. They are professional and friendly and quick to respond to my calls or texts. They keep up to date with their technician training. Their technicians have been happy to explain to me the work they are doing and why. Their front office staff is excellent, too. They have excellent follow up and customer service.
Rick and Chris installed new breakers in the existing panel. They did great work in an efficient and timely manner. We would definitely use them again for any other electrical issues. this guys were awesome. if alex them because i needed to fix some electrical outlets. they came out the same day and fixed them. they also replaced a breaker at my panel all at a very reasonable price. this was for my house in san diego. they also do hvac service and repair.

Very few companies are willing to go the length that Friars did to make sure my new AC system was running correctly! They have been a great company to work with and I'll continue to use them in the future.
