Keith was professional and courteous in all his interactions. He was never pushy and answered any questions I had with expert level knowledge. I ended up upgrading / adding onto the services requested after my own research and comfort with Fabulous Homes. My confidence was well placed and everything is running great. His attention to detail also shows with the work done. While the project ran over a few days, his team did not rush or cut corners. I highly recommend Keith / Fabulous Homes and would use them again. They replaced my ducts, replaced the heater, and added AC.
Fabulous Homes was Marvelous! First, they quoted us the best price for installing a new heat pump/cooling system in our condo. Often the best price means service suffers. Not so! Keith and Mark did a wonderful job installing our system. They fixed some problems that were there from the old system. Keith explained everything and they did extra work just because it was the right thing to do. Keith is a professional who knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Fabulous Homes.
Keith at Fabulous Homes Heating and Air was wonderful to work with. He made time to answer all of our questions to help us pick the right system for our home and preferences. The complicated and extensive install was completed on time and at a competitive price. Keith even came by a couple days later to follow up on his work, make sure we understood how the HVAC system worked and that we didn’t have any questions. We would definitely use the company again.

Keith and his team at Fabulous Homes Heating and air did an excellent job at one of my homes. Keith and his team installed a brand new AC unit and heater pump. The AC is working awesome now. Keith did this for a great price and he was very professional and communicated with me very well. He does excellent work and will go the extra mile for you. He is honest and humble. Keith and his team installed a mini split system for us, and they did a fantastic job! Keith is very communicative and kept us informed throughout the whole process. He took time to answer our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We had a tricky situation with our HOA and three other companies told us it wasn't possible to locate the outside condensor in the area required by our HOA. But Keith did it, and did it very well!!! He truly saved the day. Thank you Keith!!!
These guys showed up on time with ALL the required parts. They performed the install, tested it and taught me how to operate the new thermostat. I was going to install another brand and Keith got me a thermostat with a FIVE year warranty instead of the 1 yr that comes with the Home Depot unit at a GREAT price. Thank you so much for the GREAT customer service. Five stars.....definitely 👍
Keith and his team are truly amazing. With the current heat wave in full swing, I was devastated when my AC unit stopped working! Fabulous Homes Heating and Air came highly recommended by a neighbor and I couldn't agree more! They made me their priority and came as soon as possible. Keith was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to identify the problem right away and in less than 10 min the air was back on! He is very thorough and was able to explain to me what had happened and how to prevent it in the future. I will 100% continue to call them for regular maintenance and for future issues. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgable AC/heat guy call Fabulous Homes, you wont be disappointed!
Keith and team are phenomenal! They were on time each day and so respectful of our home. They kept the space clean and efficiently installed our new AC. We called Keith one week as it started to get warm. Having a new baby in the home we knew we needed to replace the AC as soon as possible. By the next week Keith and team were installing the AC! In addition to doing a great job, they were so respectful of my needs as a new mom during COVID 19. Always wearing masks and keeping their distance from me and baby. I highly recommend Keith and his team for your needs!
Keith is super nice. Extremely smart and professional. He’s my new ac guy and glad i was referred to him. I had a weird smell coming from my air in a condo and turns out it was a broken vent pipe pumping weird smells into my ac unit. Anyway keith saved them day!
I searched for several months to find the good company to replace my existing HVAC system at my property. And found Keith at fabulous home air and heating. He was prompted, kept his words and very professional. Most importantly excellent communication throughout the process. He replaced 12 existing units and replaced with new ones. It is working beautifully. He goes above and beyond of his work and make sure his clients are satisfied. I would definitely work with him on my other project. I strongly recommend Keith for all your HVAC work.
Keith was great. He dealt with my nightmare of an HOA and all the ridiculous hoops they made him jump through and got my AC approved and installed. Highly recommend. This dude is more patient than me!

Fabulous Heating and Air was a 10 out of 10. Keith showed up on time and was extremely professional. He arrived on time, took his shoes off when he came in the house (cause we have babies crawling around), told us exactly what he was going to do and went on with his business. After looking at our house and seeing what we needed he gave us two solid options. On the day of the installation he estimated that it would take a day and a half but actually finished everything in a day which was so amazing since most of the time people under estimate. He removed the old thermostat and patched up the wall perfectly and added a new thermostat in the hallway. I will always recommend Fabulous Homes Heating and Air to any of my friends in the market for any service or repair needs. These guys ROCK!
Keith and his partner (sorry I don't remember his name) quickly found the problem with our air conditioner and were here and gone pretty quickly. I was very impressed, and both gentlemen were very professional and polite. The only reason I didn't click good value is because I'm a renter and I have no idea the cost. I'm sure it was reasonable Thanks so much.

Keith and Chris installed a mini split in a thoroughly professional manner, both in customer interface and equipment operation. They placed the gear so that the house had a minimum change to its appearance. I can highly recommend this company with confidence.
Keith is the man! I was having issues with my heater. Had a few company’s come and try to figure out what was wrong but no one was able to fix the issue. Keith came over found the issue and fixed me up fast. Would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs heating or air conditioning service.
It has been very cold to me, anyway, my heater went out.. I called my landlord, he sent Keith Murphy out to check things out. KEITH WAS THERE. AND WAS AT MY PLACE QUICKLY. HE HAD MY HEATER FIXED and CHECKED TO BE SURE IT WAS WORKING PROPERLY. I APPRECIATED HIS HELP BECAUSE A SDGE person had been out to fix the problem, said he could not fix the problem after giving me misinformation about a problem that did not exist. been out said he could not help after giving me misinformation.
Keith did a GREAT job with entire new HVAC: including new ducts, slim Heil AC and Nest thermostat! He was very timely, clean, and communicated every step of the install. I highly recommend him for installs and repairs. He really knows HVAC and very trustworthy.
