Appointment person wouldn’t listen to Clients availability and instead hang-up on me while trying to explain tine restrictions of my Tenants. After explaining twice about time constraints, this Appointment person insisted that their contract with the Home Warranty Company is such and would not listen to my Tenants availability and work around their schedule. Poor Service provider from setting up appointment, how much more when it comes to the actual work. I feel sorry for the owner of this business.
Zero star would be too much for this business. the worst customer service ever, had work order assigned to them by my home warranty, never called me, attempted endless calls no one answered , call another # was provided to me by home warranty the guy said "im busy now and this my cell phone call the office or will have them call, after 10 days from the order , i missed a call from them, then the cycle started again , me calling them and no answer, so i reached to home warranty again, we called them, the lady who answered was extremely rude, wanted schedule a tec out in another 5 days.
Run. They will rip you off. Upon coming to our home, once our home warranty insurance provider sent them, it was a disaster. To start off, they said the insurance would not cover anything, and you would need to pay us $875. I believed them and scheduled an appointment for the following week. I got a call 45 minutes prior to the appt time that Luis would be at our house to do the work. 1 hour later, no one showed up. I stayed home from work to get this done. They FINALLY called and said he was sent to another job as the boss moved him elsewhere. Not a good start. We rescheduled for 3 days later. They called that morning, and I confirmed I was there. I'm on a work call and didn't answer the call when he was here. Luis didn't even come to the front door and ring the doorbell. I know this due to our Ring doorbell. I get a voicemail saying after 10 minutes, he will have to leave. Who doesn't come to the front door and ring the doorbell? I called 12 minutes after he supposedly came to our home and was told we would need to reschedule again. This isn't a company I would trust to do any work. I can only assume they have some side arrangement because they had zero interest in working with the insurance company.
Luis was wonderful. Very prompt and efficient. He diagnosed issue and fixed it immediately
This place is a rip off. Told me I needed a secondary cleanout and I did not. Wanted to put a whole in my vinyl siding and not repair it. Refused to go on roof to clean out and left after calling home warranty company and said nothing. I called them and they said it would be over $600 just for a clogged drain. I got someone else to do it for $150 without all that and there was a cleanout right under the sink. Don't trust this company!
Tech who serviced my A/C unit was friendly and knowledgeable. Very efficient repair. Office communication was also excellent. Would use them again.

Express plumbing customer service was very bad and took very long time to schedule work, they send a very unprofessional person to take care of the plumbing work, it took 30 days ( for a one day job to replace 2 faucets) the work done was very bad, and other work not completed.
They don't answer the phone. Goes right to voicemail. When they do call, they are rude. Hung up on me when I said the date and time they gave me for service wasn't going to work for me.
This place scams. The techs are trained to up sell on every call. Tech was trying to sell me upgrades I didn’t need or want before even finding out what was wrong with our air conditioner. Owner is from Russia and very dishonest person
Used this company for a rental property. they’re scammer techs and the owners are dishonest

Mark, the plumber was extremely nice and friendly but, most importantly, knowledgeable. Customer service from the office is not so great. UT overall, the job got done!

I'm a renter and my property manager uses this company. They are scammers that come in and give minimal effort to fix this issue. Then claim they can't fix the problem and they'll have to come back with different equipment. They rack up billable hours leaving you with your plumbing issues unresolved. They have been used twice at my unit and both times was the exact same result. I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS.
Terrible scheduling and communication. Your place will be underwater before they respond and schedule you.
by far this is the most terrible service I have ever used. They were contracted by the fidelity national home warranty. They would call you at random times like 8 PM on Sunday but when you call back no one picks up since their number only operates 8- 5 PM M-F....They don't leave a voice message or any other number for you to reach them at. We had to wait 10 days to get the soonest plumber sent to our place. I have to say the plumber was AMAZING! He came and fixed everything in less than 15 mins but the service coordinating this was terrible. they have practically no plumbers and it must be because they also treat their plumbers terribly. amazing plumber but the terrible company managing their services.
Everything they completed started leaking within days. They weren't cheap either.
