DO NOT USE. There are much better HVAC contractors out there with actual customer service. This was the worst experience I’ve had in a while with a contractor. They came out to look at our AC for a repair. They gave a price, then when I mentioned wanting to get a second opinion they pulled a bait and switch saying I now owe a $120 “service fee.” They never mentioned a service fee up front this time nor the time I used them before. It wasn’t so much the fee, but the way they went about doing it, their was an attitude behind it and the guy was raiding his voice and getting defensive. It was unprofessional and don’t have time for it. They just lost what could’ve been long term customers.
I replaced the system with Clima last year summer for my rental property. I’m not sure what happened but the system was broken a year later and I had to pay $400 to fix it. Maybe it was due to over usage or negligence but I expected the company to fix it under warranty. The filter wasn’t replaced for the year and was dirty but I have four other properties that don’t change the filter more often than once a year and they work just fine. Omar said they gave me a discount and it was due to tenant’s negligence. He was courteous and took time to explain why I had to pay another $400. I appreciate his effort and I am editing my review to give a higher rating. I am hoping it won’t break down again in another year (with more frequent change of filter) and I have to pay more to fix it.
From the first phone call until they left and tested everything. They are a fantastic company to work with. Austin the technician was great. As well as the administrative staff. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. It’s nice to know that there’s good people out there doing good work that they stand behind.

I had both AC and heating installed in my home that had no vents or anything. Very old house and he installed it just a week ago . I called and left a message and Omar the owner immediately answered my message and set up an appointment for the very next day. With the extreme heat of a couple weeks ago I had gotten sick . In my first appointment He got me financed and the very next Monday which was literally about 3 days he went to my house with his team and did the work with in 4 days . He is extremely responsible, respectful and gave me a great price and gave me great quality equipment. Thank you Omar for being a great person and I definitely would recommend you to everyone . I appreciate everything you did for our family and will continue to use your service for all our AC and Heating needs.

I was very impressed with their customer service and creative approach to adding mini splits to my condo. I am going with a different vendor who was able to offer a better price in conjunction with one of my neighbors. Great customer service, came out same day for an estimate. The owner Mr OOMAR was so polite and nice and also very professional, actually whole experience was so very nice and nice to know such a nice company existed LOVE THEM I will definitely use them again and again and highly recommend

Husband texted company at 2:00 am. Heidi from Clima contacted me at 8:00. Technition was out by 10:00. Service was scheduled for the next day. Company techs were prompt and got right to work and when done, they left the room just like it was when they arrived. Proficient, Polite and Professional. No other words needed when referring to the people and service we received from Clima. Oh forgot to mention economical. Thank you

I just had Omar of Clima fix my non-working air conditioner by doing a maintenance cleanout of the element for the air conditioner and replacing some important parts. He loves his work it is obvious, from his willingness to come back a second time to get the right model part installed and his eagerness to make right any complaint. I had found my intermittant problem was not fixed with the first visit, so Omar made it right by giving a free second visit the next day, including the part for free! I felt I was treated very well for a new customer. I more than encourage anyone considering Clima for their HVAC needs. They treated me so well.
We had a mini split air conditioning system installed in our house. Omar and his whole team were very knowledgeable, efficient, and very nice people. The price was very reasonable and the installation went as smoothly as was described to us from the start. I highly recommend this business!
Clima Heating & Cooling was awesome! After my small Dura Flame furnace in my mobile home stopped heating up, I contacted seven companies. I had taken the panel off myself, and it looked extremely corroded with rust. Nevertheless, I thought it would be cheaper just to replace it if it couldn’t be fixed. Most of the heating and cooling companies that came out said they didn’t work on units like these, nor had they any knowledge of them. Omar from Clima came, and although he said he hadn’t worked on one before, opened it up and identified all the parts quickly and what was wrong. He recommended that I replace the unit if he could find one. I was grateful that he spent the time diagnosing it and trying to find a replacement, unlike the others. It turned out that this small RV furnace was not so easy to find and much more pricey than I thought. It was, at best, very inefficient, so I decided upon Omar’s recommendation to get a mini-split. His vendor said it would be about two weeks before they could get the one I chose (a wall unit which would be fairly easy to install). I didn’t want to wait, so I said I would go for a ducted heating and cooling mini-split furnace which was available immediately. Well something happened and the vendor gave him the wrong price in error, but Omar was a real gentleman, and honored that price to me and added only a few hundred dollars extra for labor. I had no idea how much labor this unit required compared with the wall unit installation! The first day Omar brought his assistant, Austin, who was friendly and smart and had so much energy I had to marvel, and Dustin also the following day. For two days, they worked way after dark with barely a break under the mobile home on the bare ground. I threw them out the first night as I was feeling sorry for them working so hard so late. I was astonished that they replaced all the ducting with expensive ducting, new wiring, and even repaired some of the insulation under the mobile home. They left t
I work for a very price conscious property management firm. Where most companies request that their managers get 3 bids for a project, we require 5 (we really watch where every dollar is spent). Clima was the first to respond to heater install request. The owner actually called personally at 7pm after I submitted at inquiry at 6:45. After 5 bids they were the 4th lowest. I hired them because I was impressed with the response time and the owner seemed to know his stuff. I wasn’t expecting more than the minimum of getting a bare bones heater installed for the price. Ended up being impressed enough to write a review. The crew showed up at 9am the next morning. They introduced themselves to the residents, put down drop cloths, and got to work. A few fittings didn’t work because the previous heater was so old. Instead of asking for extra they just said that was part of the job. They spent four hours on what was probably bid as a two hour job. Even installed a digital thermostat that wasn’t required. One of the workers, Austin, spent time at the end caulking everything and even mopped the floor. I’m writing the review because it’s the kind of company I root for to be successful. Youall better not lower the quality of work once you’re one of the big guys!
