I cannot recommend Castle Comfort highly enough. I needed a mini-split AC/heater system installed, and Carlos and his team were professionals from the beginning. I got estimates from multiple places, and Carlos was the most knowledgeable and friendly, and the pricing was on point. His team communicated very clearly with us, were very responsive, and it is an overall highly trustworthy and professional service. The work they did was clean and works perfectly, and they were in and out in 1.5 days. It's almost like they weren't here, except that my house is now warm and cozy. Thank you Castle Comfort - you guys are the best contractors I've ever used

My A/C broke in the middle of the high heats, I called all around San Diego and no one could come and help fast enough. A friend recomended Castle Comfort and told me they provided top of the line service. I called and set up an appointment. When the technician arrived he was super nice and as he was fixing the A/C unit, he was explaining to me what was the problem and gave me tips on how to keep my A/C unit running longer and better. I have never had a better service than this. Their prices are better than their competitors. Excellent customer service and best experience overall. I will call them back for anything I need help with in the future. 100% will recommend to anyone that needs their service. Thank you Castle Comfort.
We got a mini-split, and Castle Comfort did an incredibly good job. Everyone was very professional, and the mini-split looks great and works super well. They really went above and beyond for us, giving us quotes on a couple of different options. And it didn't take them long at all to finish the work. They also cleaned up super well after. I would highly recommend them.
Carlos is professional, knowledgeable, he explained in detail what the issue was. We will definitely be using Castle Comfort for all HVAC needs.
Castle Comfort was recommended to me by a relative. Our initial A/C install needed repairs after a year from install. Install from a previous company was done all wrong (furnace, duct work, vents). Carlos was able to identify the issue and provide us with a VERY VERY reasonable price to redo the duct work and vent installation. Other company quotes didn’t even come near the pricing that Carlos offered. HIGHLY recommend Castle Comfort!!
Carlos is great! He replaced the HVAC system in our condo. He was so accommodating to our crazy remodel schedule and installed it quickly and at a better price than other companies we looked into. He gave helpful advice when we asked for it. His focus is truly to make sure his customers are happy. I couldn’t recommend him more!

Best value in town for all your AC/heater needs. Update: Went to Castle comfort again on 07/03/2022 for a complete re-do on my entire AC system w all new parts and components. Carlos and Irene did not disappoint as per usual. Best price I could have hoped for, excellent customer service of course, cleanliness of the job and punctuality as always from Carlos and his team. The absolute best in town. First four pics are my old system. The rest of the pics is the new system.

My air conditioner went out . The blower for furnace and air no longer worked. Unit was older original with home . The cost to replace versus just getting part made us decide to just get a new system. Carlos was so kind and professional. He explain our options and costs. He offer us financing because we were not prepared for the expense. This helped us out a great deal. The work was excellent. Neat , clean and considerate of our pets . He patched hole when replacing thermostat with a new model. Offered to paint. So thankful for quality and honesty. Highly recommend. Could not ask for better service.
Excellent customer service! Carlos, came out right the way. Identified the issue and replaced the part. He is very professional, shared his knowledge, respective to your property, honest and list would not end . Highly recommend this company for the service you need to get with your AC . Also, Carlos had replaced the Chines parts which did not hold too long to US part. So greateful!

I am very impressed with Castle Comfort they are very professional and fast no games or gimmicks like the other company’s in town. I called and immediately the next day Juan was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule and provide me with a quote for heating and air, in this day in age when customer service is out the window Juan provide excellent customer service!! I am beyond impressed with Castle Comfort. We needed our furnace wholly removed and replaced. Our technician, Carlos, and his team were a dream to work with. Highly communicative, we knew exactly what the team was doing and why. They made sure to wear protective booties on their feet and dispose of any waste at no additional cost. Our attic was a mess before they came, and they helped organize everything so we would have easier access in the future. Without a doubt, they left our home in better shape than it was before they got here. I highly recommend them to anyone, and I will be a customer for life.
I’m speechless with the level of service that was provided with Castle Comfort. By far one of the best companies in San Diego. Their Technician Juan explained the entire process and was very helpful in assisting with picking out the equipment that was right for my home. A must hire.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m so impressed with Carlos’s work ethic and business integrity that writing this recommendation for him was the least I could do. We wanted to replace our existing heating system and we did a lot of research and received several estimates. Although Castlecomfort’s estimate was not the lowest, it was done with a lot of thought to details and included quality equipment and parts. Carlos designed a new air distribution system and worked hard to deliver quality work. As a result, we didn’t just get a replacement, we got a better system. The house now warms up quickly and rooms that weren’t included in the system before are now included.
This company deserves 10 stars! The professionalism, prices, quality of service and honesty are the best. I will always use this company for all of the services they provide. Thank you Carlos!!
