Referred to them via home warranty. They came out and assessed the furnace failure was based on ductwork. When I asked for backup data points they declined to give a field service report to verify their findings. I've been asking for the validation of their findings for several days and despite paying for an analysis they refuse to share their findings
Our (very old) furnace was not working, and, like some of the other reviewers, our home warranty company assigned CA Quality Heating & Cooling to diagnose/repair our issue. HOWEVER, unlike some other reviewers, our experience with this assigned company was excellent! Farzad (AKA Freddy) was our technician, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, and efficient! He remedied our issue with great skill. We were so impressed that we are planning to upgrade to a more modern, efficient HVAC system with this company! We highly recommend this company to others who are having heating/cooling issues.
We had a scheduled appointment to get an estimate to replace our HVAC system. CA Quality called 1/2 hour prior to the Friday appt that they were stuck at a job and needed to postpone until Saturday between 11a-2p. We cancelled our Sat plans to be available. CA Quality no shows/no calls on Sat and doesn't answer when I call. If that is how they treat a potential customer I feel fortunate they didn't show up.
The technician was good, but their customer service is not good.
In early August 2022, our Condenser & Coil stopped working so we called our home insurance provider "Cinch". We had such a bad experience with them but luckily for us, Cinch did one thing correctly and that was assigning "AC quality Heating & Cooling". Shai from AC quality heating & cooling handled our issue from the very beginning to the end of our nightmare with Cinch. Shai and her crow of AC Engineers, and workers are the most professional, very knowledgeable, patient team I've ever seen. Shai helped me resolve my issues/problems with Cinch by making sure our condenser and coil were covered and that I wasn't over charged by Cinch. Shai was never to busy to answer any questions any time or day. My experience for the past 3 months with Cinch was stressful, time consuming, and frustrating but Shai was there to help. Conclusion: My Condenser & Coil have been approved and AC quality heating & cooling are scheduled to install them. I highly recommend AC quality heating & cooling and going anywhere else would be a major mistake. I'm a customer for life!
My entire HVAC system was replaced the installers were on time and very well informed and professional. They were diligent in cleaning up when the work was done. I would recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
I own my home, my warranty company contacted this company for service for my AC that had stopped working on the 11th of August, 2022 they showed up on they showed up 8 days later to tell me the AC unit needs replacing so I said ok that's why have a home warranty. Now Im being charged 1800 dollars in fees from the company that's not covered by my home warranty, to make matters worse the company wants me to wait 2 1/2 months for replacement for the new AC which is completely unsat I've been dealing with back and forth with this company since August 11, 2022 I will not use this company again have a home warranty problem, the red tape will drive you bonkers!!
CA Quality Heating and Cooling was a life saver- our A/C had been out for over a month during this very hot period. My home insurance directed this company to us and I am so happy they did. Shay was the first point of contact and she definitely knows what she is talking about- she explained everything so my husband and I knew what exactly we were paying for and what to expect. STAY AWAY: I am very disappointed with this company. I own a home warranty and my warranty company chose this vendor to repair our furnace. It ended up needing replacement but come to find out this company replaced it with the wrong furnace! After contacting this company many times and my warranty company, CA quality Heating & Cooling stopped returning any calls and won't fix the error, even after one of their inspecting employees admitted they installed the wrong size furnace. Very shady and disappointing. I am working with my home warranty company and the better business bureau to file formal complaints.
Raymond was great! He waited for me to get the roof opened and was able to fix the AC issue I had. Great service!
Raymond was on time, very thorough, answered all of our questions and provided all solutions. Great sense of humor also. Would use again. 5/5 star

Sean & Raymond were awesome to work with - they took care of my odd sized AC filter perfectly for me. They were really friendly and the company has been great and I’m glad we selected them when we needed new AC a couple years ago.
We use California quality heating and air for our home as well as our business. Raymond is extremely professional, courteous, punctual and informative. I’ve been using them now for four years. We are used to Customer Service our company is in the floor covering business. I would highly recommend them. Their fees are reasonable and they do not charge you for things that are not necessary. They are always forthright when servicing the heating and air-conditioning units. If there’s no problem they don’t make one up. That’s really important. I wish I could give them more than five stars. Extremely happy.
This company is awesome! There reviews get mixed up with West coast heating and and solar which is not the best by far! Raymond helped get me a new A/C and Heater and went into my attic to help look at my old ducting and fixed all the issues I had! This company is great all around price and service!
Farzaz with Ca A/C and Heating was fantastic, knowledgeable, and highly experienced in installing my completely new a/c system in my home. I can recommend both him and his entire crew as well as Shai in their office in coordinating the installation. Both my wife and I can give our full endorsement as to their reliability and efficiency in their work and their company.

I have to say these guys are great. They looked for every opportunity to save me money through my home warranty. They did great work and installed two hvac systems in one day! Shai who was my rep was amazing. She did everything in her power to insure my home warranty provider credited me on an out of pocket expense. Kam who was my first point of contact was very honest and genuine. I’m very wary of contractors but at no moment in time did I feel uneasy. I would recommend them to everyone I know

I have been a renter for my home for 4+ years and this company was so great with coordinating between me and my landlord. Obviously, we wanted our AC fixed but it was difficult to try and have our landlords schedule match up with our own between, work, kids and pets. This company however, went above and beyond. They gave me a call 45 mins before they arrived so that I could still go to work for a portion of the day even thought they had to give me a three hour window for service. I highly recommend them for your service needs! Kam and Arman were the two men who came to my house and were so nice! They took photos of my equipment and explained to me how everything worked and why I would need to replace the part. I honestly don't know anything about AC systems, but I feel like I do now! I am so thankful for CA Quality and their awesome customer service!
