this is such a great professional service, we had "Alex" visit our home today to repair leak in downstairs toilet tank area. He listened to our concerns, understood, and repaired and replaced what was necessary, plus he shared costs prior to doing work to get our OK. Again great service and neat and clean. Alex also wore paper boots in area he was concerned it.

The service was great. The technician was able to identify the problem and resolve it. The technician did not try to upsell me . There were rocks and grout in my pipe and the tech vacuumed it out. This saved me thousands of dollars as I would have had to dig under the concrete to replace the pipe. The technician was very professional. This company is well worth the price.

Good experience overall, quick diagnosis and repair, fair price.The reason for the 4 is the technician was getting ready to leave without telling me that the toilet handle was worn out and would get stuck. I found this out testing before he drove away. He said he did not have one but I could easily get one off Amazon?

Isaiah came to fix a broken cartridge in a shower that broke very early in the morning. It was a crazy situation because hot water was spraying out of the broken cartridge and I had to shut off water to entire house at 4am. Isaiah came first thing in the morning. He showed me that one option he had to fix it was to replace the hardware which had emergency shut off valves for both hot and cold right in the shower. I am so happy that he had this option, I had him do the same thing two bathrooms. The work he did looks great and everything works. And next time there is an issue I can localize the inconvenience to the singe shower and not the entire house.

Disaster! 6:30AM, toilets backing up into bathtubs! Called Bill Howe; problem fixed before 9AM. Doesn't get much better than that. Nice guys, explained everything; gave advice in case we had a recurrence beyond the warranty.

I shouldn’t have deal with this, I shouldn’t have so many complaints. The narrative on how they treat a certain group of people is LOUD and if it is not BILL Howe it’s someone in management. As a DISABLED WOMAN who is a MILITARY VETERAN; this has been the worst experience. Feel taken more interested how much they can get out from USAA than fixing my home. I feel uncomfortable ask a simple question or asking for repair damages caused by their team because it turns into a WHOLE thing. I’m sent the manager or BOSS MOISES. My project was subcontracted then subcontracted by the subcontractor because they got busy. It’s been passed around so much. So many little damages. Your team caused damage Just FIX it, don’t add additional charges.

They have some very professional and talented technicians and VERY POOR project management. They say they will do things and not come through... many times during our 6 week Restoration and Flood project I asked for things and the project manager(s) said they would take care of it yet never did. Their business model seems much more oriented to getting all they can from the insurance company than serving the customer. They had me sign an agreement that I would pay what the insurance company would not yet I couldn't get a detailed list of the scope of the work and the proposed charges. Two days after the project supposedly ended I got a copy of the original proposed charges only after the final bill had been sent to the insurance company. And I got a copy of the final bill 5 days after the insurance company did. We will not do business with Bill Howe again and cannot recommend them. They may know how but for us, they did not deliver.

As requested, I sent photos of the gas water heater and gas regulator thermostat when I scheduled the appointment to make sure the technician had the necessary gas gas regulator for replacement on his truck. The technician said he had never seen the photos. The technician was here for 5 minutes, just enough time to tell us that he did not have the part on his truck. He said he could replace the whole water heater. He was unwilling to try to get the burners to turn on. We were very disappointed, since we are without hot water. Updated 6-1-23: We spoke with Steven at Bill Howe who was very understanding and apologetic. He arranged for a Senior Technician" DJ Williams to come out to remove the old gas water heater and reconnect the water line. DJ understood the project and accomplished it professionally, to our complete satisfaction. The project was completed promptly, which we appreciated since we were without hot water. Thanks to Steven and DJ for getting this done.

Angel listened to what I had already tried, walked the property to understand the overall flow of drainage in the house before starting. He had to snake the drains many times to clear the countless years of gunk. He was very courteous throughout and completely cleaned up before he left. Excellent first experience

On Saturday, on Memorial Day weekend, with houseguests coming for the weekend and a party on the holiday, my plumbing backed up. I called Bill Howe around noon (as soon as I noticed the clean out overflowing outside) and the said they’d have someone there by 3pm! They dispatched David Hodge, who arrived before 2pm. He identified the issue (our mainline had an obstruction), fixed it, explained what he’d done, and was on his way by 2:30 - an hour before our guests arrived! David was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Bill Howe and David saved our weekend!
