I'm so happy to have hired Joseph and his team for the replacement of my old furnace/HVAC system with a new heat pump. I read a lot of reviews on Google and Yelp and contacted various companies. Actually, it was Raymond Lane's review here that made me contact Joseph. After working with Joseph, I can say that everything Raymond described also corresponds to my experience. Joseph is polite, respectful, professional, and very reasonable compared to larger companies in the area. He really knows his stuff and spent a lot of time answering my questions and explaining to me the most technical stuff. He was also incredibly helpful in helping me find a system that meets the criteria for the $2000 rebate of the Inflation Reduction Act, and provided the supporting documentation. Not to mention that he agreed to conduct accurate measurements on airflow to ensure all the vents of my system are properly balanced. He pays attention to details and would do what is best for your situation (and your pockets). This was true from the beginning when I contacted him about a whole-house mini-split idea and eventually he recommended a new heat pump, which would be more suitable and economical than mini-splits for my house. What else can I say? Overall working with Joseph greatly exceeded my expectations!
Amazing customer service. They were super busy but went out of their way to accommodate me. Being polite to people helping you out goes along way. Less the half the cost of the big companies.
Aussie's installed a heat pump system, for heating and cooling. Joseph helped us choose the heat pump suitable for our location. It took 2 days to install and it works. Joseph also arranged for 2 required inspections, one from California HERS and the other by the inspector from the city of San Diego. The installation passed both inspections without any problems.

I highly recommend Joseph for HVAC work. Joseph fixed our 4-ton AC unit for a very reasonable price when an earlier repair man from another company could not. Joseph was very professional and knowledgeable. I won’t hesitate to call him if we need HVAC services in the future.
I got four estimates before I found Joseph and I am so happy I chose Aussie’s for my central air installation. I was able to get it done the following week. Joseph’s team is professional, they clean my carpet before they left and installed thermostat for me. I got the best price from Joseph with 10 years warranty. Aussie's is a great company to work with especially Joseph and Fadi. I have been using them for about a year or so. They are so friendly and highly professional. No matter what I've needed help with they've always been able to handle it. There's definitely a reason I keep coming back to them. I also really appreciate that it's never more than 24 hours after calling that someone shows up to help me. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.
We needed our old HVAC system replaced. I wanted to get a heat pump system because of their greater efficiency and lack of dependence on natural gas. I interviewed and got estimates from two large companies, both of whom sent salespeople who tried to sell me something that I didn't want at a high price. Then I interviewed Joseph from Aussie's. He was very straightforward and gave me a great price for a two-unit heat pump system--significantly lower than the other companies. I mean SIGNIFICANTLY lower. Joseph and his crew were very thorough and professional. No cutting corners. He definitely wants to do the job the right way. And he's a super nice, polite guy. He even took a chip of our stucco and left us a gallon of touch-up paint for future use. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
Had called to schedule an emergency duct/vent cleaning service. At first was told at least two weeks for service, but once I explained the situation, they scheduled the same day and was on time and completed the service at a great price and provided me a military discount. Joseph came out to repair my broken furnace. It was determined it needed to be completely replaced due to water damage. He came the next morning with Fadi and took out the old furnace and replaced it with a new one. His price was fair. Both he and Fadi were courteous, professional, and worked diligently. I'm very pleased with the service.
I just needed a routine tune up to my unit and needed a company in the area that could help me out. What I got was the best customer service experience I have ever had with an HVAC repair company. This team is so polite, honest, hard working, and does everything they can to make sure that their customers get the best possible service. They are very upfront about everything including the costs. This was truly the best service I have ever had. I won’t be using anyone else from here on out.

I just bought my house last year and got my first Air Conditioning tune up today by Joseph. The initial customer service call (I believe it was Carmen who assisted me) was very friendly and informative. The tune up work was very thorough and informative as well.
