I always have a positive experience when the Technicians come to my home. They are knowledgeable and offer different options when work is needed. I highly recommend ASI to my family and friends.
Cain was professional, knowledgeable, found the problem to my clogged sink and had it repaired before my guest arrived to spend the weekend. Everything was cleaned up and replaced. Never looked like anyone had been here. Job well done.
The repairman saw what the problem was - fixed the problem and was on his way. He was very courteous knowledgeable and had the right tools. I will definitely use ASI again if needed.
ASI sent out their tech. Justin and He was very professional and friendly. He tested our A/C unit and explained what the problems were and the costs before starting any work. The guy was awesome with customer service and explaining the technical things to some who doesn't know that much about HVAC. This is one of the many reasons we have always and will continue to use the White Glove Guys for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.
Today we met Vicent Sean who arrived to give us our yearly inspection. He was a delight -- knowledgeable, personable, helpful and polite. Always a pleasure doing business with anyone from ASI!

Cal did a wonderful job with the maintenance on our ac and heating unit. He did a great job explaining what he had done and how to keep our unit working more efficiently. He was on time and very pleasant.
Mustafa was very detailed oriented and did a great job of cleaning and checking our air conditioning and heating system.
OCTAVIO BRAMBILA Was on time and ready to perform A/C tuneup. He took the time to explain exactly what he inspected and what maintenance was performed and what services might be required. No pressure to perform services that were recommended. Octavio was honest and wore foot protection to keep floors clean.
Thought I had a leak. ASI found none. Thought I would owe at least a trip fee. There was no charge for any thing. Rep. was very friendly, Professional, and spent plenty of time checking all for leaks and any other concerns I might have had. All was great. I give it 5 stars and would recommend them to everyone.

Tech showed up on time and was polite. Gave me a $2500 repair estimate on HVAC and then a $18000 replacement estimate. I did receive discounts bringing the estimate down to 13k. The estimate itself was vague with no details about labor costs or pricing for equipment I asked for more details and was shown a word document showing approximately 12k for equipment another 2K for inspections and $680 for labor cost. Clearly they make money on overpricing the AC and Heater units because you can’t pay an employee and make money on $680. This pricing was for the least efficient system This is a small condo (under 900 square feet unit). I can’t imagine what they would charge for a 2500 square foot home. It’s 2 star only because the tech was polite and on time Just wanted to follow up about pricing. I just had a new HVAC installed. A Carrier family system for a total cost of just under $7000.00, permits included. Shop around and look for a small to medium sized company for estimates Camino / Hi Tech was the company I used and received exceptional customer service.
Some of the things we have found out about ASI for one job you need 2 to 3 Plumbers because one is not qualified for all the jobs. We had a claw drain and the first guy who came out said the p-Trap needed to be replaced we said OK but then he told us that he can't do it all he does is Unplugging drains. So later the next guy comes and he Replace the P-trap and you don't even want to know the cost...and when he was done we ask can you make sure the drain is cleared out? No he said that is not my job you will need the guy who came over first. So after he left I guess he forgot to wear his white gloves for there was black stuff all over the bathroom door and the front door.
Randy was great! He explained all the process he was going through to clean and check our mini split system! He was courteous, wore those shoe covers and was super friendly! Definitely glad I went with ASI!
The plumber Cain was a great guy and did the job quickly. I've used ASI for plumbing, heating and solar. I highly recommend.
I must admit to being very impressed by ASI. We just had them install an A/C system for us and replace our existing furnace at our house in Coronado. ASI’s employees were excellent across the board from sales (Emily), design (Rich) and installation by Daniel and his team. They were all very courteous, friendly and professional and communicated very well. I was also very impressed by their expertise. They definitely knew how to get this fairly complicated job done in the best manner possible. Even the office staff was right on top of everything. Overall, we are very happy to have chosen ASI for this work.
ASI is my all service company!! They have installed and maintain my heater, home air conditioning, Tank-less water heater, water softener, and water purifier! Plus, they have serviced all my plumbing, including drains, shower valves, sinks, faucets, and toilet repairs! I am a very happy customer!!
The tech was professional. He arrived a bit late because he had another job first some distance away. While explaining to me the need to drain the water heater at least once a year, he noticed that there was no faucet to allow draining of the water heater. He explained that there had been a great deal of sediment in the previous heater that caused the heater to fail. The old heater had a drain faucet. The new heater does not. Sort of planned obsolesce on the manufacture's part.
Jose Lino was the only service rep that cleaned the A/C unit. He also provided tips on how to keep unit dust free. In short he did an excellent job
