Ruben did a great job! Reasonable price , and didn’t leave a mess. I would recommend him and this business!
They were very nice and responsive but misdiagnosed my issue. Paid them $529 dollars to fix issue and then they said I needed another service. Was going yo charge me an additional $1100. I had someone else do it for half that price.
I was told it would be 99 bucks however it ended up costing me 450.00 bucks. To remove a toilet and remove a dog toy. Pretty expensive. The plumber was professional and did great work.
Technician arrived on time and was clean, well mannered and knowledgeable. Our pilot for the water heater keeps going out. Nothing wrong was found, gave recommendations to increase airflow as fire needs fuel air and the spark. Thank you for the quick response on a holiday weekend.
Ruben was excellent! He came out right away, repaired my copper pipe under my sink and everything is back to normal. He was very friendly, professional, and most importantly he really knows what he is doing. I’ll call him again for future plumbing issues.
Our copper pipes collapsed and needed replacement. Bill and Scott saved the day. ARS had to put in all new pipes from the kitchen, around the house to the sewer. It was a big job, but they did it in good time with permits and all was done within 2 weeks. We even had a temporary solution in the first day until the big job was complete. Very professional and quality work.
The company has representatives that cannot or will not explain why their prices are 3x market value. They charge $100 just to come to your house. Do not use them.
The plumber (Manny) took advantage of our situation and charged us an extortionist amount of money. When I contacted ARS for a breakdown of charges they said that they charge by the job, not by the hour. So asking for some justification for a job that took about an hour and was charged $1800. It took more time for the plumber to fill out paperwork than the actual work. Don't use ARS unless you have very deep pockets.
Thomas arrived on time and did a very thorough investigation along with his recommendations on the issue I was having in my kitchen. I decided I needed to do more research before I committed to the project. I want to thank Thomas for his expertise, advice and professionalism.
We had a emergency and had to shut the water off to our house. ARS promised to have a plumber there at 8 am and they arrived on time. I had to replace an older water softener with a new unit. The new unit was actually a water purifier and the plumber Tom Brittle was great. After we agreed to replace the unit, he immediately left to pick up the purifier, came back and installed it in a few hours. We got a new purifier at a good price, and the installation went flawless. We are very happy with our new system and the quality of workmanship by Tom. I would recommend ARS to anyone experiencing a plumbing issue.
They were very professional and came and gave me an estimate to clear a toilet clog — they said the plug was in the sewer line and they would have to pull the toilet. — they estimated $1,000. I estimate a 2-3 hour job I declined the work as that price is over the top expensive.
Came out promptly to a request about working on meter. Turns out it was a section that belonged to SDGE. They stoll charged 99 dollats for the 5 minute inspection. I would choose a company that allows the service tech to reduce a service call when it is a situation like this. Just because we can do something, doesn't mean we should. Choose a more ethical company!
Amazingly fast response! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are not dependent on the day or time you call. I LOVE this!!!! It’s always an emergency! Jesus was just a lovely human being. It felt like a visit from a friend.
Sébastien came out on a Sunday afternoon to help with my mainline sewer clog. He was timely and professional. Unfortunately, the problem was bigger than what a 75' snake could address and he was not able to unclog the drain. The company is sending out a camera crew this morning to get a better understanding of the problem and we'll take it from there.....
I contacted ARS about the appearance of a wet area of drywall in our home. Lendable Knox was able to come the same day. Due to the age of our house we had to get testing done and call a restoration company. He helped us organize the whole thing and stayed that evening while we waited for the next company to make sure the path of communication was clear, to see what the next steps were, etc. He followed through to make sure he came back as soon as the testing was done. He worked hard to make sure we weren’t double paying for any services between the two companies. He ended up helping us address 3 different plumbing problems, explained them well, and kept it cost efficient. He was kind to my kids and I felt very comfortable having him in my home over the course of 3 days. I will undoubtedly call him again if we have another plumbing concern! I highly recommend!

ARS Rescue Plumbing did a fantastic job! Technicians Lendale and Caesar were very thorough and PROFESSIONAL! Snaking was involved in the cleaning of the drain pipe leading out from my washing machine. I’ve always been leery of electricians and plumbers, as to costs and reliability. With this company and with Glendale’s help, this was never an issue. It was a painless experience and I will definitely call on Lendale’s expertise with ARS Rescue Plumbing.
