Even though it wasn’t necessary to go to the attic to see the problem, because I showed a picture, the technician answered my questions to my great satisfaction. Professional and courteous. I would definitely have this company back.
Jacob really “Wowed” me with his professionalism, attentiveness and just showing a willingness to care of my issue. He thoroughly explained everything in detail and consistently asked if I had any questions about the re-piping of my home. Showed me before & after pictures to see the extent of the work and the final results. My wife and I are very pleased and would recommend him to anyone who asks for a referral. I wish I had employees that were as thorough, friendly and goes above and beyond their job description. An asset that I hope Anderson’s really appreciates. Ability to answer questions and care for my walls and floors. Did not make me feel like he had to rush me and move on. Did a good job and provided me with information on the company that I could keep and review at my leisure and informed me of additional services available with no pressure.

I was extremely impressed with Jace's maintenance visit today. Not only was he professional and diligent, he went above and beyond to make certain that I was informed about my ac/plumbing and heating system. He also made my day by being bright, friendly and helpful. Jace represents Anderson's in the highest possible light.

We had such a great experience with everyone at Anderson who worked on the installation of our new HVAC unit. Starting with an inspection of our old unit which needed to be replaced. All the way through installing the new unit. Professional, knowledgeable, on time, first rate service start to finish.
Pretty annoying, the scheduler doesn’t think to ask what kind of A/C unit it is, because apparently “Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air” can’t operate on water sourced heat pumps. One would think they’d clarify that before sending a technician at 5pm. Waste of my time. The tech seemed cool but unbothered that I took my entire day waiting for this to be fixed.
The specialist, Gary, came by to assess the functioning of our HVAC system. He arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, and went over and beyond to assess the issue. He took extra time, consulted other experts when necessary, and made sure to accurately diagnose the issue. All for the same diagnostic fee. I was exceptionally pleased with Anderson's service, and would recommend them in the future.
After several years of frustration with our tankless water heater we decided to convert back to a regular water heater. I called Anderson on a Wednesday afternoon and a technician was out within a couple of hours. Jonnie the technician was very professional and informative On discussing our situation. We made the decision to purchase a regular water heater that day- Jonnie was out the next morning to complete the job.Again he was very informative and answered all our questions. I bought a home with an existing mini-split system, and one of the indoor units started to leak. After shopping around, I decided with Anderson because of the professionalism of the business. From the get-go, I noticed a huge difference with the customer service experience with Anderson compared to other local shops. The workers were great and they finished ahead of the estimated schedule without compromising quality.
It has been a pleasure working with Anderson! Specifically, Elliot and Max were fantastic! We had a huge re-piping job and we were incredibly impressed with their work. They were professional, thoughtful of our remodeled house, and worked really hard to meet their deadline. They never tried to up sell us. We will work with them again if we need any plumbing services in the future! We can’t recommend them enough!!

Booking online was so simple, and the booking agent who organized my appointment was clear and kind. My plumber Anthony was a pro. My sink faucet was broken and he was happy to help. He was very courteous, punctual and I appreciated that he tried to clearly explain what my plumbing issues were so that I understood the work he was doing. He presented me with multiple options for a fix and let me be in charge, while also advising me on the pros and cons of each choice. He did a fine job, went out shopping to get the right parts for the job so I wouldnt have to, and left my home in good shape. The faucet is fixed with great and solid quality. The service is more expensive than other companies, BUT this company provides the convenience of online booking, warranties for the work IN ACTUAL WRITING, and unlike some smaller companies that might now be around in a few years, I know I can trust Anderson to fix things should anything go wrong. If you're fixing your home and PLUMBING don't only go for the cheapest option. Go for the quality option, and that's Anderson.
