The installation team included the owner (Jim), Andrew and Eric. They worked together seamlessly, to install a heat pump and three split units in our house. They were very knowledgeable regarding older houses and electrical circuits, and they weren't afraid to go into the crawl space under the house. They literally ran up against a wall (!) but completed the job in the promised two days, and left the place spotless. We are already enjoying our new air/heating units!

Brand new Mitsubishi mini split system installation, very speedy and professional service, only down side was cost was several thousand dollars above google search price range for similar system. I needed it done quickly so it’s the price I paid

Andrew came promptly, spent a long time diagnosing the problem, all for the fixed price of a diagnostic visit. Sooner than I expected, he came back with the ordered part and, together with Eric, repaired our system effectively. We used this service a second time, when someone else has caused an error in the system. The AirPlus guys came soon and rapidly got the problem diagnosed and repaired.

The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I thought the technician should have asked for a broom or brush to clean up the material that came out of the furnace while he was cleaning it. Some people told me the company would try to upsell me to buy a new furnace (mine is quite old but works fine still) but this didn't happen so I was happy about that.
Air Plus did a great job installing a ductless mini split in my condo. We have strict HOA rules and they found a creative way to mount my unit on the patio without running drain lines down the side of the building by having the drain lines run into existing flower pots on my patio. Installers were in and out in 1 day, and my system works great. Very pleased with Air Plus.
Air plus provided an honest assessment with a high quality bid. I have had them out for several jobs from furnace repair, duct work and now an A/C system replacement and they bid competitively and offer more than their competitors in terms of products and people. Both Kevin and Jim provided design and equipment recommendations that fit my application and cost considerations. The installation team was on-time, detailed oriented and committed to providing quality workmanship. I highly recommend Air Plus when considering a HVAC system.
I was having trouble with my AC system and had another company take a look at it and they said they would have to replace it. They quoted me $21,000. I set up an appointment with Kim at air plus and during the call she had me check a few things myself and it solved the issue right away! Finding a business with technical knowledge and outstanding customer service is rare. I can't recommend Air Plus enough!!!
