Arrived for an estimate and within 24 hours, they installed a replacement unit. Allowed renter to get quotes but no one was close to Loves Air. Extremely happy I went with them. Strongly recommended by me!
Josh was awesome. He went above and beyond my expectations. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand what the issue might be. I will be asking for him personally when I have them out for all of my HVAC needs.
We had our AC go out during the first big heat wave of the year, so of course every HVAC company I called was booked out multiple days. Juanita in reception went above and beyond to help find an open appointment for me and had me on stand by for any cancellations. She ultimately got me in for a same day appointment! Our technician Thomas arrived early and diagnosed the problem in the first 10 minutes. He quickly replaced the part and confirmed everything else was working properly. He was super professional, and even waited patiently while I contacted my warranty company to confirm if my replacement part was covered. We are honestly SO thankful that Loves Air saved us from this heat wave!
I have a very old A/C system that should have been retired years ago. As well as an old water heater. Joel,Alex,Vilmer,Elvis and Alan were all very professional, sharp, and always answered any questions I had and were very detailed about the process. Looking forward to beating the heat this summer!! I am so happy I called Love’s to come out and inspect, diagnose and repair my air conditioning unit. Even more of a surprise was that they came out early when a slot opened up, dispatched Jose who quickly got to the root of the problem, fixed it, clean it up, and got us back up and running. Jose also signed us up for their maintenance program so this bit of preventative maintenance should help us avails costlier repairs in the future. Thank you and great job!
Love's is always very responsive to emergency issues. They were able to promptly schedule our appointment during a very busy heat wave. They when showed up 3 hours before the scheduled time. Jose Rodriguez quickly diagnosed and fixed our issue. He was very professional and courteous, a great employee! I couldn't recommend Love's any higher. Well done!
We had a new HVAC installed, new ducts and vent repair. This company is wonderful. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We really enjoyed having the guys here. Last year we signed up for a yearly maintenance. When they came out this year we had several problem areas. He said it could probably go longer but we would never know when it might give out. We decided to just take care of it now than have it break down at a most inopportune time. We were really impressed with Sonti and his crew, how they all work together like clockwork even with the roofers and Crane operator. No standing around waiting on someone to show up. You don’t see that much anymore. They all seemed to have great work ethics. Thanks guys, we will definitely be recommending you!
We were extremely impressed with the Loves Air team. Their knowledge and professionalism was definitely above par. We had to replace a 20+ year old heating and ac system. Manny came out and did the inspection and was VERY knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, he even came back the following day when we notice a strange leak and he found that it was an incomplete condensation line from when the house was constructed. Carl was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking which unit would be the best for our home. Joseph, Alex, Tomas, Alan, Marcos, and Gamello came and completed the install. They were so courteous and kind and hard working. And they even made sure the upstairs condensation line was fixed and properly working. I highly recommend Loves Air!

I called them at 4:10 on a Friday and my air is back up and running less than 2 hours later!! Awesome customer service! It’s also 104 outside so it was GREATLY APPRECIATED! Thanks again Earnie is the great guy that answered after their 4:30 closing time after I tried troubleshooting and Manny is the wonderful technician that came out.
I started hearing a clunking noise when the AC came on so I called Loves Air. Jose came out within 90 minutes. Jose explained all of the technical AC terms prior to beginning any work. After he’d finished working on the AC he also explained what he did, took pictures of the unit, left a new filter, and spoke to me about the importance of maintaining my AC (which is particularly important since my unit is 20 years old). Jose’s ability to communicate issues in layman’s terms was on right on target. It’s been a long time since I’ve been this impressed with a company’s ability to hire knowledgeable, prompt and kind employees. I’ll be contacting Loves Air in the fall to schedule maintenance for my heating unit.
I think I've already posted three reviews for loves air. We just had another visit from Zia and we bought a new unit. Ours was over 10 years old and fixing that was just Band-Aids. The way he explained everything I understand it all and it was like he was family. You knew what he told you was true and it wasn't just so we could get a sale. We were approved in no time and our unit will be in on Monday. I'm telling you guys loves air is only way to go
We have always had trouble with our old air conditioning and furnace. So we called Loves Air. They replaced everything and we have been extremely happy with the results. They were very professional, honest, and respectful. And they went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.
Ernie from loves was so helpful. He understood by situation. And got me an appointment for the next day. I strongly suggest calling loves if you have any problems.
Alan, Daniel, and Tomas installed a new unit today. Their level of professionalism & workmanship is very appreciated. They were courteous & considerate of my elderly mother's mobility needs. Wonderful team. I will highly recommend Loves Air.
Nick was our guy to come out and do a check on our system before the triple digits, Nick was helpful, polite and very professional, explained everything to us that we could totally understand, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, because of Nick, and the politeness of the people of Loves Air, we signed on to a one year inspection (much lower than the other guys!)
Loves heating and air came today to do a System maintenance check on our A/C unit. Thomas, the technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as personable. I appreciated his attention to detail as he explained what he was working on. Very happy to have made the switch to Love's for our Hvac maintenance.
Our technician Jose came out and did his job thoroughly. He explained to my wife what was going on and did a good job with the follow up email. Sent pictures and an explanation as well for me to read.
Joel and his crew did an outstanding job and answered all of my questions. They were very professional through the entire two day installation.
